Garen is the man. Literally did not pressure me at all to buy the car. Didn't use any tactics to make me think that someone else was coming down to look at it. Put up with all my OCD questions and nit picking. I research cars and dealers like a nut and I could not find a negative word online about this dealer. Such a great place to do business with. I was looking for a 2 door jeep wrangler and was having no luck for a few months. I found this dealership through cars.com and saw they had a wrangler in my price range. I called and asked Garen if I could give him money so he would hold the car for me for a day. He told me he would not take my money but would still hold the car (I was surprised since I've never heard of a dealership doing that!) I ended up swinging in that night to look at it with my dad and Garen came right out and told me to take it for a test drive. The car was in great condition and had a great car fax, it seemed too good to be true. My parents were skeptical about me buying a car here at first since its a small dealership and all of the reviews are amazing but after asking around (and now after my car purchase) I see why he gets such great ratings! 4 months ago I bought a BMW from them and it was fine. I also bought the extended warranty that was through an 3rd party company. I had a problem with it last week that my mechanic showed me clearly was a long term problem and could have caused a me a huge accident. He also pointed out that the rear drivers door was replaced that confirmed his suspicion the car was in an prior accident. That was not disclosed on the car fax. The warranty would not cover a dime, and the dealership would not give me any assistance. "Sorry- you bought the car as-is." No, I bought the car as-is with a clean Car Fax. If they did the inspection used car dealers say they do, they very easily would have seen the damage that occurred prior to me purchasing it. Not only did I pay for a crappy car, but I paid extra for a warranty that has been completely worthless. AND I have to pay several thousands of dollars to repair the vehicle. read more
