I purchased laundry appliances, a fridge, a freezer, and a dishwasher from Warners' Stellian and I was so happy with my experience! From start to finish everything was smooth. In store, we worked with Shaun who was very knowledgeable. He told us pros and cons of the different units we were looking at so we could make an informed purchase. They price match other competitors as well (after rebates, which can be a little bit of a hassle but still easy to do). The techs who did the delivery and install were so much friendlier and did a better job than other installers that I have worked with in the past. I've bought and gotten appliances installed from other competitors like Costco and Home Depot in the past and the experience is night and day. I felt like Warners' Stellian's techs took extra care not to damage my home when they brought the appliances in, and made sure things were done properly, such as making sure the fridge doors were aligned properly. One of my favorite parts of working with Warners' Stellian is that their techs are all employed by them and seem to care more about the quality of their work. I purchased the ironclad plan for my appliances which has been so helpful because any time we have an issue with one of our appliances they have come out and fixed it, free of charge. Having that piece of mind and not having to track down a plumber or another third party contractor to fix our issues has been worth every penny. This office sold a lemon product, then refused to arrange for correction, shrugging their shoulders and hiding behind the lack of a Lemon Law compelling them to do the right thing in fixing or replacing it. Perhaps this is a ploy to get you to purchase an extended warranty? Not sure what the thought process is at this company on a sustainable business model, but I suppose they aren't thinking this far ahead. My wife and I purchased a refrigerator from Warners' Stellian after ours previous one quit working. We urgently needed a replacement so we opted for the $100 expedited delivery and the Warners' Stellian website said it could be delivered by the 13th of the month (which was two days from when we purchased). After we purchased the refrigerator online our delivery date was changed to the 16th. We could have purchased the same product from Home Depot or Lowes and had it delivered on the 16th without paying the extra $100 for rush shipping. I feel this is very deceptive of the company to do this kind of "bait and switch". Also the crew gouged our wooden railing on the staircase during delivery. We purchased five new appliances from Warners two years ago. We have now had eleven service calls on these appliances. The microwave quit last month. Yesterday we found out the compressor was shot on the refrigerator. Warners knew the compressors on the LG refrigerators were defective and made no attempt to replace them. Good local business. Our first experience with them was some 25 years ago when we purchased a new dishwasher from them. So, when we were ready to build our third home, a townhome preparing for retirement, we went to the Apple Valley location and purchased six appliances. Wanting to stick to US branded and mostly made in USA products, we went with Kitchenaid for all the kitchen stuff, flush mount refridge, range, dishwasher, and microwave. All matched in stainless steel. Plus we included Whirlpool front loading washer & dryer. All the appliances, except the microwave, had the Made in USA stickers which was a win for all American workers! After 15 years, the fridge and range needed replacement, so a trip back for another deal on more Made in USA Kitchenaid appliances. I ordered my dryer from Warner Stellian. When they delivered my dryer, they must have accidentally slammed my washing machine lid which broke the lid lock. They did not tell me about this so when I went to wash clothes after they left, my washing machine filled with water and then stopped. When I called Warner Stellian the next morning they told me that Sharper Service Solutions would have to repair it since it was under warranty. They told me Warner Stellian doesn't have the parts. I finally got a call back from Sharper Service Solutions, which is not a local company, 4 + hours later. Sharper Service Solutions said the earliest they can fix it is two days from now. When I called Warner Stellian a third time about this, they said they can't fix it any sooner because they don't have the parts. So I have a washing machine full of water and dirty clothes. For anyone shopping for appliances, know that Warner Stellian customer service will not make things right when and if their delivery team makes a mistake. Also note that Speed Queen washing machines lid locks break very easily and then the machine won't work. This is the second time within a year that the lid lock on my speed queen washer has broken. Update: I had to follow up with Sharper Service Solutions about the repair since Warners Stellian did not follow up like they told me they would. When I followed up with Sharper Service Solutions they told me they'd received an email from Warners Stellian canceling my service repair request so I was not on their technicians calendar for today (the day the repairs were to be made). I talked with Sharper Service Solutions and begged them to get my repair on their calendar for today. Thankfully Sharper Service Solutions technician is going to try to get me in today for the repairs. Warners Stellian really messed this up. Ordering a new dishwasher to replace one that leaked and couldn't be repaired. Order and delivery was great, good communication, installation was a bit bumpy...the dw didn't fit the opening (the manufacturer said it was 24" but it was a hair wider and just barely didn't fit). Bryce was kind and said if I could figure out how to widen the opening he would come back and mount it for us, and he did! The next day he was true to his word and came back to install it. In 2018 I purchased 2 new refrigerators, This week the LG model quit working. The parts are still covered and I was willing to pay the labor. W.S. Refuses to work on it. I didn't buy the 5 year extended service plan and even if I had it is now almost 6 years old, so they wouldn't help me anyway. I spent a lot of money there and part of the reason I chose them was that they had their own service department that the salesman raved about. I would always be taken care of. I am looking for a new electric stove soon as well as a full kitchen remodel in my rental property. W.S. won't be considered. read more

We purchased an LG refrigerator from Warner Stellian and we were delivered a dud. When we asked them to replace it they said they would send a mechanic out instead. Turns out the door of this brand new fridge was defective and needed to be replaced. It took a month from when we called about the problem (a day after install), to when the new door was installed. It's also quite the process getting through to customer service and actually getting a mechanic out. Very disappointed. Will never buy an appliance from here again. read more

Weeks later we are STILL waiting for them to call us back to have someone even come to the house to look at what needs to be repaired. Letter to the President of Warner's Stallion: I am contacting you to share with you my experience as a customer of your business. On May 6, 2023 I went to your Edina store to order a Sub-Zero refrigerator. The salesperson that helped me was a Mr. David Gilchrist. I was later told by Mr. Jeff Warner that Mr. Gilchrist is one of your most experienced and knowledgeable salespersons. I ordered my refrigerator from Mr. Gilchrist for the amount of $12,568.98 and was told it would be delivered (hopefully) in February, 2024. I was also in contact with a Sub-Zero customer service representative who gave me some additional information including that my electric plug would have to be moved as my existing 40-year-old Sub-Zero had a different plug location. Around mid-January 2024 I started to inquire about the installation. My timing in contacting Mr. Gilchrist must have been bad as I could not connect with him by phone (he'll get back to me at his earliest convenience - how arrogant, aren't I the customer?) and finally went to the store. I spoke with Mr. Jeff Warner to explain my situation and to explain that (a) I needed an electrician to move a plug and (b) I had a refrigerator full of food to store overnight, both of which required some logistics on my part. I explained that I had told Mr. Gilchrist that I would like the exiting refrigerator remove one day and the new one installed the next day to accommodate the plug move. Mr. Gilchrist said that he could arrange that. After a further conversation with Mr. Warner, I was informed that there was a $250.00 charge to come back the next day. I challenged that charge and said I was never informed of it. Mr. Warner checked and waived the fee because I was right, I was never informed. I was told the refrigerator was in and Mr. Warner agreed to check on an installation date for me. Sadly, he forgot and when I called back 4 days later, he acknowledged he forgot, apologized profusely and had me contact John from delivery to make the arrangements. John was wonderful. Working with John in delivery, I was given a removal date on Monday morning and an installation date of Tuesday morning. All is good. At 6:45 on Monday morning I get a text from your removal team. Sadly, it was the team that carries out the product, not remove it. They were very upset with me demanding to know if the "other refrigerator" was in the garage and I said no. They seemed angry at me like I made some mistake. Finally, the removal crew and a second, different carry-out team arrived. I had my carpenter and electrician prepare the spot for the new refrigerator since I had no idea what would happen when the installation crew arrived. Everything was perfect and the installation crew set up the new refrigerator. In addition, I purchased a new LG refrigerator for a condo I own about a month ago. The refrigerator was delivered with a dent in the left door. While I was originally given a March 29th replacement date, it magically arrived early and will be replaced March 7th. Still, another hassle. To say that I have had two unpleasant experiences with Warners' Stellian is an understatement. As an organizational professional, I would boil it down to bad communication - between staff and customer, - internal and interdepartmental communication - and in two cases, inflexibility to meet a customer's needs. You have lost a customer, one who has purchased many items from your business in the past because of the difficulty and hassle in working with your staff. I will say that Jeff tried to help and yet even he - a Warner - did not put the customer first. I also in good conscience cannot recommend Warners' Stellian to my friends or relatives. Warners' Stellian Appliance is absolutely awful should something you purchased from them need to be serviced. I spent over $6000 on a Washer, Dryer and Oven. I have since had an issue with my Speed Queen Washing Machine (45 days after purchasing) which came with a 7-Year Warranty. When I called Warners' Stellian's Appliance service department for assistance, I was informed that because I did not purchase their Ironclad Service agreement for $450, Warners' Stellian Appliance will not service my Washing Machine. This was subsequently confirmed by Michael, their service manager. Their stated reason why they will not service the items I purchased from them is that their service department is 'too busy'. Funny how they are not too busy if you agree to spend additional monies for their service program. What a scam! I will never buy anything again from Warners' Stellian and will recommend to anyone who will listen that they too should buy elsewhere! read more

I have bought from Warner Stellian before. I expect a great product and a good price and I was not disappointed. What I didn't expect was how outstanding my delivery and installation would be!! Two neatly dressed well spoken young men, I was happy to invite them into my home. They were both kind and polite. My new cook top was larger that the old opening; delivery guy/Installer Ron had to cut my countertop. His cut was perfect, as his partner Jimi followed with a vacuum to collect any debris. It was like watching an artist. They measured that it was perfectly straight. Now get this, Ron encouraged me to hold the heavy iron cook top grate. He knew that I'd be shocked the first time I felt how heavy it was. And I was. Thanks for that Ron. They cleaned up everything so nicely, they really went above and beyond. Surely, if there were a Nobel prize for Appliance delivery, these two guys deserve it. read more

I bought all new appliances and installation from the Edina store in October. They put my brand new frig in and then installed the brand new oven. When they put in the oven, it bumped the countertop into the side of the brand new frig and put a dent in the side. A large dent. They also broke the glass on the oven and dented one of the handles. When I called to get a replacement for the frig and a replacement for the oven they told me I would have to pay for a restocking fee. I argued with them about this and they wouldn't budge. So I had to pay for a mistake that was made by their installers. I also had to pay more for a new oven because the one that I first bought was off the floor. Again, I had to pay for their mistake. Purchased a full suite of kitchen appliances as well as a washer and dryer. Both stove and refrigerator have had frequent issues. Repair customer service is nothing short of terrible. I had warrantees on both appliances but since I had purchased before the new 'software' was installed there was no record. Once they went back to track after I had provided proof of warranty purchase, they had record of the warranty being attached to the incorrect appliance. Straightening that out took several weeks before the repair could be done. The completed repair lasted only a few months before the exact same part failed again. Called for service once again and the same repair person was out but this time didn't bother to put down a floor protector so there was damage to my relatively new floor. Having issues with my fridge now too. One common thread is that the same repair person has come out in all but one instance. It is also extremely evident that Warner's Stellian is adding friction to the process of setting up a repair. Suddenly the repair phone number is almost impossible to find on the website- you are pushed to request service via email or text. Once I found the number I had to wait for an extended period of time and was disconnected once before I finally was able to speak to an agent. I believe a year ago or so they changed the company that services the warranty program and it seems to have been a mistake. All around disappointing as I selected Warners Stellian because they are (were) a premium purveyor of appliances with a reputation for service so as to avoid exactly the thing I am dealing with now. read more

A while ago I went to this Warner's Stellian for a dishwasher replacement. I chose it because it's not a national big box retailer and I had a very atypical setup. I thought they would have the knowledge and wherewithal that huge, generic stores might not. I was wrong. My first clue that something might be amiss was that I wandered the aisles looking at dishwashers for quite a while before anyone deigned to approach to see if I needed assistance. Having done some research beforehand, I had a specific make/model in mind. When I started asking questions the employee said he really didn't know that much about dishwashers. I asked for their "dishwasher guru." Some time later somebody, presumably familiar with their dishwasher selections finally sauntered over. As it turned out, they did not have in stock the make/model I had researched. I allowed myself to be talked into what I was sold as a better choice at only a slightly higher cost. During the purchase, I carefully explained my situation. My current (no longer functional) dishwasher had been installed by the previous homeowner who was at best a tinkerer, certainly not a carpenter or plumber. I said that I was willing to wait for an extended period of time if necessary to ensure that they would send out only their most experienced plumber/installer. The salesperson assured me that all of their installers were excellent. I explained again the uniqueness of my situation and with a patronizing sigh I was told that the sales person would personally guarantee that the installation would go smoothly. Within a few days, the new dishwasher was delivered. The old was extracted from under the counter. The installer said: "You've got the weirdest setup I've ever seen." Adding: "We're going to need a plumber and a carpenter." I said that I had made all of this clear at the time of purchase. He said there was no note of this on his manifest. I called WS to explain that I now had my water shut off, a brand new dishwasher needing to be installed and the old deceased dishwasher, still partially connected, both standing smack in the middle of my kitchen. They said they could send someone out within a week. I said that was unacceptable. They informed me with a supercilious tone that not all of their installers had the requisite experience/skills needed for my peculiar circumstances. To which I replied: "No sh*t." In the end, after needless delay I finally had my new dishwasher installed. It's OK. I think my first choice would have performed better but I guess I'll never know. The bottom line is that I chose WS knowing that it could be a bit more expensive than Home Behemoth but trusting that they would make up for it in service and attention to detail. My bad. read more

They sold me an expensive propane grill 2 years ago When I needed repair work done their repair department came out 3 times to fix it and couldn't do so. They charged me three times. The last repairman stated they weren't adequately trained on this grill. Neither Warners or the Canadian company that makes it could ever lead me to someone who could in the State. read more

Worst appliance buying experience ever. Choose to buy from a different location -- avoid this store. My wife and I recently purchased a refrigerator from the Edina, MN Warner's Stellian. When the refrigerator arrived the door opened on the wrong side. The installers blamed the sales person. We called the store and the sales person blamed the warehouse. Never fun to hear representatives from the same company throw each other under the bus. Anyway, the installers were able to switch the door hinges and handle. Sadly, in the process the installers got grease all over the stainless steel exterior. And the installers broke one of the screw plugs, leaving an ugly hole in the fridge door. We again called the store. They said they would place an order for new screw plugs. They said they'd have the plugs out to us in a few days. A week later we called the store again to ask for a status -- they'd failed to order the plugs. We were assured they'd ordered the plugs this time and they'd arrive in a few days. And another week later we called because we hadn't received the plugs. No apology, just a statement that the plugs would arrive "soon." Approximately one month later (six weeks after deliver of the fridge) the plug arrived. And by that time we'd managed to get all the grease off the door. Hot, hot water, Dawn dish soap and lots of elbow grease did the trick. All, We have purchased full kitchen and now the 2nd washer and dryer pair. The only way they service appliances is if you purchased their plan otherwise you are to call the manufacture. No longer are the days of local service what you sell. You must pay them the risk. Our Electrolux dryer needed a new igniter within a day. Now after only 2.5 months the washer won't drain. I was directed to the manufacturer "Electrolux" where they were better to deal with. Next time I will look at Costco and other places. We had a dishwasher fail, an LG that was about 3-4 years old. We had Warners' Stellian service come out. Instead of repairing the dishwasher we elected to buy another one, a Kitchenaid in February 2021 at more than $1500. About a month ago we noticed in the adjoining room the rug was wet and the ceiling downstairs was spotting. Didn't know where the water was coming from. I pulled the dishwater out and the whole area was wet. With the machine off it didn't leak at all. I disconnected the water line and pulled the washer out. I hooked the waterline back up and ran a short cycle. Water was dripping from inside the machine and it was not visible where the leak was coming from. Called Warners' Stellian service and was transferred to Twin Cities Appliance repair, the repair center for Kitchenaid. After 2 weeks they came out and noticed the problem right away, went right to where the leak was. The washer was missing a piece where the element is causing water to leak, The washer was installed without this piece. I went to Warners' Stellian and asked for another washer since it would be another 2 weeks at best case scenario for the washer to be fixed. They told me the washer was not eligible for replacement but only repair, even though the washer was delivered with the piece missing. Well I can tell you I will not be buying anything else from Warners' Stellian. I'm not writing this review so people will not buy anything from them, just wanted to let you all know what I experienced. It is totally up to you where you buy your appliance but remember the service I received. An appliance less than 6 months old and installed incomplete and more than one month to get it back to working order deserves replacement. I asked for a replacement and was denied. Feel free to contact me for more information/details. Oh and I bought the extended 5 year warranty too. If I was charging them for the time the washer was down, they would be in my driveway with the missing part and a new washer in case that didn't work long ago. Online ordering for a new wall mounted A/C was easy, getting a correct installation was another story. Installers were nice guy's, very polite and cordial, but they were more worried about the time allowed to do the installation then doing the installation right, maybe dispatch should schedule them more time to do installations right. I was left with two options on the spot, either take the "install" I got or pay a 25% restocking fee plus a $99 dollar return fee with no re-installation of my old working A/C which they hauled away and not have new A/C, that would be $299 for nothing and my old A/C gone, are you kidding me?? I'm currently working with them to resolve the problem and hope we can come to a reasonable solution. I will update as things progress. Update: Today 6/17/21 they had a couple of guys come out and reinstall the A/C unit properly this time and they did a very good job, still it should've been installed like this the first time. Considering how quick they were to resolve the problem I have bumped them up to 3 stars. read more

I know I can be so demanding. Call me old-fashioned, but when one walks into a business establishment, especially when it isn't crowded, one should be greeted by the front desk and other associates as one shops. Even if it's annoying, one should be asked if they need assistance, because in this case, one did. We weren't greeted or approached by anyone at the Warners' Stellian Appliance location Saturday, February 27, 2016, around 1:30 PM in Edina. We walked through the entire store, were looked at by associates, and never approached. We weren't dressed like slobs, but that shouldn't matter. Two associates were too busy talking about going to the Home and Garden show, and one was too focused on his coffee to even bother acknowledging us. Needing help, we went to the front desk. A lady was helping a customer, and after he left, she kept typing. And typing. Finally, under my breath but loud enough for her to hear, I said, "They have crappy customer service here." No reaction from the woman. Finally after several minutes, I said to her, "Do you see us standing here?" She replied, "I'm trying to fix something." Now this is not the reaction I had expected. By this time I was hot. I then curtly told her, "You could tell us I will be right with you." She replied, "I can't get this to work and I need to fix it. What do you want?" I barked, "We'd like some customer service is what I want." She had to page someone twice and they finally came up to the front. She made a very flimsy apology by stating, "I'm sorry, but normally I don't sit up here." (I wanted to say then get your ass off of that chair and work somewhere else, but I refrained.) The service associate wasn't great and did the minimum to help us. He must have been wanting to get out and golf. When we left, no one said thank you or have a good day. Now, I wouldn't expect to have new customers treated this way, let alone repeat customers. We have purchased from this business before, but I can assure you, never again. I always want to keep local businesses in business, but their service has to rival their product, if not exceed it. Here's some advice for you, Warrners' Stellian: instead of trying to grow your business, you should focus on the locations you have, otherwise you will be closing locations. read more

The customer service here is terrible. Within 4 months of purchasing new kitchen appliances I have had two of them break with awful resolution. With the freezer I was told to just work with the manufacturer and they never helped me. Then, my dishwasher broke and filled with standing water and I was told to wait nearly a week for someone to come and look at it. A week with standing water! Purchased an LG refrigerator 5 yrs ago with an extended warranty and one month after the warranty expires the refrigerator stops working. Called Warners Stellian the soonest at tech was available would be a week. Tech arrives and does some diagnostic testing and says we need to order a new condenser. The part takes 10 days for delivery and the tech installs the new condenser and everything is working fine after we spent $1,000.00 for parts and labor. A week later the refrigerator stops working again and we call Warner Stellian and they advise us we need to wait another week for a tech to be dispatched. This level of service in addition to the constant 15 minute wait times when calling their service desk is unacceptable. read more

Our 3 year old dishwasher needed a specific part (we had part and part number in hand) and the sales guy told us we had to call and make an appointment with a $100 service call price tag attach d to it to figure out if the $20-$40 part was under warranty. Crappy warranty policy. Would never buy a kitchenaid dishwasher again. Definitely oils never recommend buying any type of appliance from warner stellian unless you want to pay a ton of money for crappy service, crappy warranty and over priced appliances that break in 3 years. Came back to review to add that social media contact from warner stellian reached out to tell me how much they value me as a customer and asked for my info to help me. Guess what? Nothing. Not a peep not a tweet nor an anything. Their diss was even worse than the stores because they feigned compassion and empathy before blowing me off. NEVER again! The worst customer service of any place I have dealt with! We purchased our entire kitchen from them. Not even a year in, our dishwasher started acting up. Dishes got clean but looked like they had a thick film. They asked us to try a million things before they would even consider it actually being the machine. Really? If It was the detergent or our water, then the first 9 months would have been that way too. So when the thing stopped working at all, I called again. Power will not turn on. Again, try this, this and this. We have the manual! We are not complete idiots! No, first wait on hold so they can pass me to the PRE service screening??? Seriously? Then who did I just have to explain everything to? ANOTHER 20 MINUTES on hold, only to be told that it would now be going to the parts department!!! They can order any parts I might need. Once the parts come in, they can schedule my FIRST appt. But they might still have to come out again in case they still need more parts. Also, our fridge drawer cracked and I had to send them pics. Then was told that until I paid $120 for the new drawer (not covered by warranty) they won't schedule my dish washer repair? What??? So, it has now been numerous phone calls and text messages, hours of being on hold and WEEKS without a dishwasher in a house of 7 people. My advice... shop Craigs List before WS! read more

We bought a dishwasher from them and included the extended warranty. 6 months in, the dishwasher broke and we are now on month 3 of it not being repaired or replaced. They missed the first date that they communicated the part would come in. the second date they hit, but realized the part was broken after they arrived at our house for the repair. We are now back to no commitment for a date of repair and they are trying to suggest to us that we should leave a bad review for the manufacturer to try and get them to resolve the issue. We paid a premium to purchase this through them because they touted their service, but they are no better than a big box store. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I have never ever given this negative of a review before. I want to write this to make sure people will take their money elsewhere and get the service they deserve. The customer service here is absolutely awful. We have just purchased a townhouse and purchased a mounted microwave here. First, no sales person would help us. We are in our early 20's and I'm sure they didn't think we were worth their time. When the front desk woman (Diane, you were the best part of our experience, so thank you) paged someone for the second time, our sales woman rushed through our payment and sale. She then let us know that no one there could take the microwave out and we would have to come back the next day. It seems odd that no one there can use a drill to unscrew a microwave. When we made the drive back out to Edina the next day, it still wasn't ready like it was promised. We called again on Sunday and it wasn't ready but we finally got it on Monday after work. We called multiple times and was transferred to a number of different people, none of which were helpful expect their front desk staff. Go to Home Depot or somewhere with sales people who actually care. We were hoping that Warners' Stellian would be where we would purchase our new counter tops and other appliances, but at least we learned our lesson on a smaller purchase first. read more

I bought a standard no frills 20 cu ft Frigidare refrigerator with an ice maker. I had to wait 2 weeks for delivery despite the fact that it was in stock. I paid extra to have them install the water line. When they arrived I was told they couldn't hook up the water line because the existing water line was a non-copper water line and I needed to have a plumber install a copper line. When I complained they said they would install it if I signed a piece of paper saying I was responsible for any water leaks. I felt blackmailed, but agreed to sign. When I asked for for the paper to sign, they said I had to write it by hand and sign it. I just wanted the job finished, so I did this. There were no leaks when we hooked up the existing line, so this was an experience that did nothing more than irritate a customer. But I'm not finished. When the door was closed it made a loud squeek. They took the door off and tried to fix it to no avail. Finally one of the installers slide a thin washer under the door hinge and it stop squeekin. After they left, I put food back into the refrigerator and some bottles on the door. Guess what, it started squeeking again, albeit not as loud as the first time. We ordered the top end Bosch dishwasher and it is running great. What we are very disappointed in was the installation. The installer said that we needed a new valve before he could install the dishwasher. For him to install a "double valve," this was going to cost $350. That seemed really high, but what was I supposed to do? How many days would it take to get another plumber out? And that plumber would charge a trip charge. The Warners' Stellian guy was already here. I didn't know how long it would take. I felt like they had me in a tight spot and I wanted to get the dishwasher installed, so I paid the $350. I knew the installer didn't set the charges. I hoped if it didn't seem like a good value that I could call Warners' Stellian and get a partial refund. Once completed, I could see the hardware involved could not have cost more than $50 (at most!) and it took the guy 30 minutes to do. That's $300 for 30 minutes, a $600/hour labor charge. I thought this was a tad outrageous. However, the two managers I talked to, including one of the Warners himself, kept insisting that they did what they agreed to do at the price I agreed to pay. What's my beef? My beef is that I don't feel like this was a reasonable charge ($600/hour). It's not a way to make a long-time customer return, which I won't. read more

I recently visited this showroom to prepare myself for a design meeting I have with my builder and architect next week. I am fully aware this is a sales dynamic and they work on commission, and I'm happy to let my builder know who/what/where I'd like for them to get certain appliances with. I looked around and then I had questions on a particular Wolf Range and a few other appliances. The front desk reception had me meet with a guy named Chris. He seemed fairly knowledgeable, but also a really new sales rep with Warners Stellian We walked through several pieces and then he says, "I'll email you by tomorrow with a quote on these 8 appliances. We want your business and we have the best warranty in MN plus we're local. I'm also going to have our design rep call you, she's not here today, but will be back tomorrow, and she'll tell you that we'll beat anyone's price if you have it in writing." This was off-putting. Why don't you just give me the best price without me feeling like I need to engage in price shopping. Yuck. I gave him my phone number and email.....days later.....crickets:) Be careful with the big, overselling of their business virtues when they lack process protocols. Perhaps they should focus on their Mission Statement and not just their sales pitches! read more
