He recommended installing a spigot that would stick out of an exterior wall by 5" rather than trying to fix it correctly. There was even a point when he tried to sell the incorrect fix. I've been a maintenance & construction manager for a large facility for a very long time and if one of my team tried to pull this off, I would have been embarrassed. Any one of our team could have knocked this out in 15 minutes. I even tried to help him figure it out and encouraged the guy that the fix was possible, but I think he was intimidated by the job and just wanted to leave. The job should have been an easy one. I was trying to save some time for other projects by calling in a local company, but I ended up wasting more time than necessary. P.S. I couldn't find the "plumber's" name on the state license look up. Pretty sure an apprentice was sent to do a journeyman's job, by himself. Very weak delivery!

Unfortunately, All Out Plumbing and Mechanical missed the mark to do major work for sewer and pipe replacements. When we hired them to replace the new pipes, they didn't remove all the old pipes from the crawl spaces until we pointed out to them to have the old pipes removed. They also demanded payment right after they replaced the pipes without inspecting if the pipes were working properly. All Out Plumbing and Mechanical is a very bad company in NOT KEEPING a one-year warranty to inspect all plumbing works and redo camera video as their promise. When we contacted them a few months later regarding the one-year warranty, they kept pushing our appointment out... beyond the one year. They canceled our one-year warranty inspection appointment at the last minute. Many times to reschedule appointments a few more weeks out again and again... We were beyond frustrated by their many excuses on why they could not come nor follow through with their one-year warranty contract agreement. Likewise, they were unhappy when we tried to follow up on setting up an appointment. We tried contacting the owner but he ignored our letters... and, out of the blue, without communication and confirmation of any appointment, All Out Plumbing dispatched a technician to open an outline on our property and did a very brief camera of our line, without our knowledge (less than 15 minutes from set up to clean up before verbal exchange with tenant who did not expect to see All Out Plumbing with some device down the pipelines). Until today, All Out Plumbing has not release the follow-up video of our pipelines nor provided any recommendations. Anyhow, it is sad that we have to post this review since we do not want to say bad things about a company, but we feel obligated to share with the public that you should be careful if you hire All Out Plumbing as they are NOT professional and NOT trustworthy.

When I started searching for help with a 20-year-old HVAC system with outdoor AC unit…read morenon-functional for 2 years, everyone else immediately said "replace". Glenn (owner) was the only one who took time in his replies to help me check a few things to verify that it was not a simple fix. That impressed me. We decided to replace the system, it was obsolete and had multiple serious issues. Glenn helped us choose the perfect system, and at the busiest time of the year, managed to fit us into the schedule. Efraín did a beautiful installation inside and out, with custom sheet metal work to make a perfect fit. The system is fantastic and the price was unbeatable. They'll even show me how to do the annual maintenance myself, instead of trying to sign me up to a service that I won't need. That's integrity. Efraín is the lead technician, has 21 years experience, and is a perfectionist. That is evident in his attention to detail and refusal to give up if there is still an unresolved issue. This house had a long-standing issue with modified drains and plumbing vents that had defied diagnosis, but Efraín would not give up. He solved the mystery that no one else had, finding a vent that had been mistakenly cut and capped long ago. Jake is a young technician learning from the master, and he is very hard working and thorough. They reconstructed that vent and restored the function of those drains. They did a magnificent job and left the house feeling renewed and loved. All the while, I was asking questions about anything and everything, and Efraín did not mind answering them and helping me learn how to care for things going forward. I do love this house and it matters to me who works on it and the energy they bring. Glenn, Efraín and Jake brought a degree of care, compassion, and expertise that gave me tremendous peace of mind.
