One small mistake was made during install and the owner of the company came out on a Sunday, during the hottest time of this year so far, and made the repairs. System is working fine and all was done at a fare price.

Finally in November 2025, the tech found that he had wired the thermostat incorrectly and rewired the thermostat. The tech added 3 pounds of refrigerant on one visit in October with dye and one pound of refrigerant on the next visit in November. After experiencing continued poor performance from the Heat Pump and high electric bills, I continued to complained to Comfort Consultants and was told that the owner would get back with me. He has never reached out to me. In March 2026, I had a contractor from another company inspect my system and found that I had no refrigerant in the system. The tech from Comfort Consultants failed to discover the source of this problem resulting in many months of high electric bills and irreversible damage to the unit as a result of running non-stop. Would not recommend this company.

I called a few HVAC companies, who informed me that they wouldn't be able to help me for a week since they were swamped with other customers without AC. Then, I remembered that Alliance had previously helped me with my furnace. Alliance came out the same day. They thoroughly explained the issue, determined that my old AC system was indeed dead, and gave me a formal proposal that was fair. While I thought about it, they offered to install a window AC unit to alleviate my little dog's suffering. They were professional and very neat. They were able to install the system in one day and a few days later even followed up to ensure that it was working properly. I would definitely use them again!

I wanted to share my experience following a service visit on Monday, July 6th. The technician who…read morecame to our home was professional, thorough, and took the time to properly inspect and test our HVAC system. Based on his evaluation, he stated that the unit itself appears to be operating properly. However, what he told me afterward was very concerning. He explained that, because of the design and layout of our home, I should never have been sold this particular system if the expectation was for it to adequately cool both levels of the house. In his professional opinion, the current system will never perform the way I was led to believe it would, and the proper solution would be to install a second unit in the attic. That raises a serious question: if this system was never capable of adequately cooling our home, why was it recommended and sold to us in the first place? We made a significant investment based on the expectation that the system being recommended by the professionals would be appropriate for our home and provide adequate comfort throughout both levels. I do not believe this is a situation where we should be expected to simply accept the outcome or compromise on something that was misrepresented from the start. We relied on your expertise, and the responsibility for correcting this issue should not fall on us. At this point, I am disappointed and concerned that we were sold a system that was never properly suited for our home. This issue was not caused by us, and I expect the company to take responsibility and make it right. I will be happy to update this review based on how the situation is handled moving forward.
