Stephen was kind and friendly, making sure I understood everything they were finding and what they planned do it, all while making sure I didn't feel talked down to. They came by to let us know what the issue was, then, after we had the flooring ripped up after a leak detection company marked off where it was, they came with the jackhammer and tore up our cement. Unfortunately, the leak wasn't where detection had marked it. I'm grateful Stephen was find enough to come in on what was supposed to be his day off the next day to continue after we took up the rest of the wood overnight. They did a great job at locating the leak, fixing it, explaining what might have happened to cause it, filling the hole back up and covering it with cement. I highly recommend reaching out to them and hope you get Stephen as your guy if you ever have plumbing issues.

Friday, Dec 23rd, our main thermostat went dark. Outside temperature had been in the low 20s all…read moreday and forecast more of the same for Christmas weekend. No heat, no nothing. Of course, it was 5 PM and Ryman's had just closed. But they continue to monitor the phone for emergencies such as ours. Within minutes, I had a return call and Eric would show up the same evening. I had been hoping at best for Saturday. Eric arrived, checked the thermostat and disappeared under the house. Within 15-20 minutes, he diagnosed the problem, (tripped breaker located in a sub-panel under the house & slightly loose wire made worse by the extreme cold), fixed it and heat was back on by 8 PM! Amazing. Thank you Ryman's! (We have been using Ryman's since 2018 and have never been disappointed.)

Called before arriving and arrived on time, and took care not to track mud in. As for the job itself (garbage disposal replacement) the service tech tried to unjam the old one first (which would have saved me money) but came to the conclusion the old one was toast. Installed a new one quickly and cleanly. Price was exactly as quoted. As he was boxing his tools I asked if White Glove did any water quality testing and explained a problem I suspect I have on my supply line. He offered to take a sample on the spot that would be sent off to a lab. He quoted me a price and said I could pay in a week when the sample came back. How much more could I ask for? Great first experience with White Glove. They are at the top of my list for future needs.

Extremely friendly, knew what he was doing and took the time to explain things where it made sense. I was actually going to go with another company for my next years annual contract but after meeting Nick and watching him go about his job, I'm staying with White Glove. Our technician,Brian,was on time,called prior,came with shoe covers,quickly identified problems with toilet,gave us estimates and couple options to think about. I called next morning and next business day he returned and completed repair. Again on time,very professional and leave no dirt or waste after job. Prices are horribly high now everywhere,but plumbing can't be avoided,so their price point is adequate to area,but service is superb.
