They came by to let us know what the issue was, then, after we had the flooring ripped up after a leak detection company marked off where it was, they came with the jackhammer and tore up our cement. Unfortunately, the leak wasn't where detection had marked it. I'm grateful Stephen was find enough to come in on what was supposed to be his day off the next day to continue after we took up the rest of the wood overnight. They did a great job at locating the leak, fixing it, explaining what might have happened to cause it, filling the hole back up and covering it with cement. Of course, it was 5 PM and Ryman's had just closed. But they continue to monitor the phone for emergencies such as ours. Within minutes, I had a return call and Eric would show up the same evening. I had been hoping at best for Saturday. Eric arrived, checked the thermostat and disappeared under the house. Within 15-20 minutes, he diagnosed the problem, (tripped breaker located in a sub-panel under the house & slightly loose wire made worse by the extreme cold), fixed it and heat was back on by 8 PM!
