They then would not certify that my AC unit was working correctly. Within an hour of departure the unit stopped working. They sent same man back that evening, he got it to work then an hour later, no longer working. Next they sent someone else out who said it just had to be our breaker which I doubted. Still I updated new breaker and the AC unit stopped working again. I have asked to speak to manager. The operator takes my messages and I have never received a returned calls, two weeks later still no call. They were suppose to send out an emergency tech. No one has showed up. Called and couldn't get any response other than the woman who answer phone. What a joke. **Update** I am revising my score. I finally received a phone call this morning to discuss my situation and we agreed on the next steps. They were very apologetic but its sad it had to come to this to get a response.

Had 6 quotes and they were one that was most reasonable. The team that was dispatched to do the install were awesome. Very personable and very professional. They took their time and were very thorough. The only hiccup was when they were cleaning up some sheet rock dust with the shop vac there was no filter on the on it so sheet rock dust went everywhere in the room LOL. They identified the problem, installed a filter and cleaned the entire room from top to bottom. To be honest it was cleaner after they cleaned it from what it was before. Chris has been excellent with our A/C and furnace maintenance. We have complex LG systems covering…read morethree floors, including a commercial unit for the third floor. Recently, the commercial unit was not working properly. Chris was patient, responsive, and very persistent in identifying the root of the problem. He took the time to study the unit, consult directly with LG, and stayed with it until everything was fully operational. He also installed a remote LG thermostat for the 3rd floor, which has made managing the system much easier. In addition, the front desk staff at Red Bear is very professional. They reminded us of our appointment in advance and followed up when the technician arrived, which made the entire process smooth and efficient. Can't believe they have five start. I can believe they're closed…read more Hired them to install a new HVAC in my house in February, replacing the central heater. Found out in june when I tried to use the AC that electricity wasn't even hooked to the outside unit. By then they were permanently closed. I Finally got it working by having the electricity hooked up and another HVAC firm come out and finish the install, which included charging the ac with refrigerant. THey took advantage of installing when I wasn't there to not finish the job, hoping I wouldn't test it out till summer.
