Sushi, Sashimi and Roll XL tray
    Alexa L.

Small take out sushi that only takes cash. Ordered an XL party tray of sashimi, sushi and rolls and was it perfect to feed 5-6 adults. The tray was $115 with a pack of ice on top to keep it fresh and cold. This will definitely be one of my go to places when I want to order for a large party

We ordered these platters for a family get together and they were ready at the designated time. Very reasonable prices (cash only) and friendly staff. The fish was fresh and nicely presented. We will definitely be going back.

Crazy amount of orders on thanksgiving day

The platter seemed to be smaller than before but I can't be sure. What I do know is that we didn't have enough soy sauce packets, wasabi, dipping containers, and miso soup to go around. They only gave wasabi on one platter, maybe thinking it was enough...if a large platter serves 4-7 and I ordered two large platters, one large sashimi and one XL sushi platter, then I should've at least be given 14 dipping containers along with 14 soups, I was given maybe 7 soups and 10 containers. People had to share soy sauce containers!! Not everyone got a soup which is not the worse thing in the world since the soup is complementary but not having enough wasabi is a sin. I will say something about this if I ever order from them again. (The hot sauce they give on the side is still delicious)

Fresh fish, great take out service. I would recommend calling and placing the order early because they do have lots of orders coming in. I love the attention to detail, providing the bagged ice to keeping the food fresh. Great value for the price. Definitely will be coming back for some more take out

he sushi here was incredibly fresh and flavorful. I ordered a few rolls and each one had a good balance of rice and filling. The fish melted in my mouth. The presentation was beautiful and made it even more enjoyable. Staff was kind and the vibe was calm and quiet. Would totally come back for a sushi night.

I will drive from Manhattan through an hour traffic just to pick up sushi here and that says A LOT. Always call in advance to place your order and specify a time as they will prepare sushi closer to pick up time to ensure it stays fresh. They are cash only and the staffs are super friendly. One of them even held the door for me when my hand were full from the huge platter of sashimi. Highly recommend for any party or if you're simply just craving fresh sashimi.

Very fresh sushi take out & very friendly service. I ordered a couple of hand rolls and a dragon roll. They are more known for their reasonably prices sushi/sashimi platters.

Sushi & Sashimi If you in the Queens area and looking for take out sushi, then this is the spot! The fish here is always so fresh and the best quality. There is nothing to complain about the quality of the fish. However as years have gone by they've stopped putting the cucumber with their take out orders which was something that was a little upsetting. However, I recommend this place to someone as well and they've loved this place. One of the great things is that on their sushi the tails are long on the pieces! - This is ONLY a take-out place even before COVID this was only for take-outs only -Ask and they will give you miso soup -Red pepper paste and soy sauce is included~

Legit sashimi/sushi spot- amazing deal with the different platters! Perfect for large gatherings. Sashimi and rolls were pretty fresh!!! They gave a bag of ice to put over the platter to keep it cold. The medium platter of sashimi/sushi was a great snack for 6-7 people (might get the large platter next time). Medium platter was abt $60. I really enjoyed the selection in the platter and would def come back, great quality!

Little shop specializing in sushi, sashimi, and rolls. Not much, if any hot food. You get very generous portions and very good, if not excellent, quality. You know they have good food when you call on weekends and holidays and they make you pick up at odd/off hours because the regular lunch and dinner hours are all packed. And there are times I call and I'm turned away because they just can't make their food fast enough for that day. Too packed with orders. Great place. We love it. Too bad I can't get their food for Father's Day. I called a day early, thinking I'd have to pick up super early. But I was told "we are full." Wow! Good for them :) Some poor sushi joint will have to settle for me picking them as a second choice. lol

This is a TOUGH place to order from! I tried 3 times before I was finally able to place an order. On weekends, you have to place an order at least a day in advance. When I called, the phone rang for a loooong time. I was about to hang up but then someone picked up! I placed my order on Sunday for a Thursday night to celebrate early Chinese New Year. We REALLY enjoyed the sashimi. Everything was super fresh. It comes with salmon, tuna, white tuna, yellow tail and red snapper I think. Can't wait to get this again. The rolls platter was ok but I wouldn't get it again. We only got it since my brother doesn't like sashimi. It was made too early so the rice was a little cold and hard. It definitely fills you up though! The shrimp tempura rolls were ok too. Definitely getting sashimi here again. The price is great and the quality is high. They also give you a side of spicy Mayo and this spicy red gochujang sauce that is sooo good! I dipped the rolls in it and loved it.

Orders packed with care. Notice bag of ice keeping everything chill

Good value if you have the membership. You save on pricing and can earn points with each meal,…read moreredeemable for rewards like a free drink or specialty dish. If you get the membership (currently $28/year), it pays off after 2 visits and you get 3000 points (worth a free meal) on your birthday. I got the Gold menu (the middle option), which was enough variety for me. Honestly after a few plates of meat, they all start to taste the same so it doesn't matter what cut of wagyu you're eating. There is a buffet of vegetables and side dishes that you can help yourself to, along with a soda machine and a watered-down tea machine. Nothing too impressive here. Overall, worth visiting if you have the membership and you really know your different cuts of wagyu. Otherwise, if you just want AYCE hot pot, there are plenty of other places in Flushing.

I normally…read moredon't like places with many prices, but since our daughter chose it so we enjoy with her. The prices on the windows are very confusing and more like false advertising for me, the lower prices are for the members which we're not since this is our first time and definitely our last, unless our daughter wants to come here again. So the price is the more expensive one. For me, I prefer straight forward pricing, so this didn't give me good vibes, it's not the money, just the way they advertising and we have to know what we can only have with the price we chose. The restaurant just gives us the specific menu for what we selected to have then we don't have to be denied for what we chose because we selected gold instead of top of the line menu. The place is clean and nice. For $78/per person and only have Australian Wagyu Beef (not really Wagyu) then it's over priced. We did have some premium beef which I liked because of the marble of fat on the beef quite tender and tasty, but only a sampler or whatever they called it. Service with one person is quite inadequate but she's very attentive and pleasant, since she had to run the whole restaurant, sometimes forgets things. The tomato broth was good and everyone liked it. The seafood plate is OK and our sweet shrimps are sweet. Some snow crab legs, jumbo shrimps, fish fillets, nothing to make me go wow. The appetizers tempura is crispy and good. The raw octopus is tasty. The vegetables are fresh and clean. After they denied me the premium beef sampler, I let my daughter to order everything else and I just enjoyed with the family. My daughter seemed to be happy and ate a lot, so I was happy. I've eaten enough shabu, hot pot to know that Australian or American Wagyu are overrated, many of them are tough and chewy, not as tender as normal ribeyes or Brisket that I like. This restaurant Wagyu beef does have marbles of fat in it, so it's tender and not so chewy. So, for the GOLD menu, I don't think it's worth the $78 but for special occasions, it's OK. I just don't like the confusion of many menu, many prices, and not getting my own menu and get denied for something on the menu because I didn't pay enough.

An Unforgettable Omakase Experience!…read more We celebrated the 4th of July with an incredible omakase dinner at Masaki, and it exceeded every expectation. Every course was beautifully presented, impeccably fresh, and perfectly balanced. From the delicate Red Sea Bream and buttery Scallop to the luxurious Toro with Caviar, Sweet Shrimp with Uni, and the unforgettable Eel with Foie Gras, each bite was a masterpiece. What truly elevated the evening was Michael, our sushi chef. He was warm, engaging, and exceptionally knowledgeable. He took the time to explain every course, the origin of the fish, the flavors, and the best way to enjoy each piece. His passion for his craft was evident, and his attention to detail made the entire experience feel personal and memorable. Dining at the sushi bar gave us a front-row seat to watch the artistry behind every piece. The quality of the ingredients, the precision of the preparation, and the genuine hospitality made this one of the finest omakase experiences we've ever had. Thank you, Michael, and the entire Masaki team, for making our holiday celebration so special. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable evening!

I honestly wasn't expecting much but the service based solely for the Omakase blew me away. The Omakase bar was in the back of the restaurant hidden away. The space was very open and the ambience was chic. This is a great place for date night, mommy night out, or group hangouts as they have private rooms too. Every piece tasted very fresh and were quite unique. The steam silky egg appetizer with crabmeat and fish roe was simple yet delicious. One of the dishes was an uni toro roll that was placed on top of our hands and was sprayed with edible gold glitter on us. That was a surprise and it was cute. And that uni just melts in your mouth. We had this matcha pudding with I think had an Oreo sprinkle in it was fabulous. They also surprised us with an extra dessert cause it was all 3 of our birthdays. Very enjoyable experience. Our sushi chef was very accommodating and made our birthday dinner memorable. We originally started out with the summer special of $78pp for a 12 course meal and decided to upgrade to the 14 course meal for $98pp. There was an option for a 17 course meal for $138pp but we were very full towards the end. They also had this $30 lunch and $60 dinner 3 course meal set for restaurant week. My friend's mom wasn't a fan of raw stuff so she ordered the Chilean sea bass with risotto and she wasn't a huge fan of it. The fish was a tad overcooked and the overall presentation of the dish looked more of a Chinese fusion dish. The risotto had that cheesy flavor but the presentation with the Bok Choy and the risotto looked more like fried rice and was confusing. I would stick with the omakase, which this place is known for.

It was three oysters, similar to Crown Shy except I wasn't a huge fan of the flavoring here. The nigiri sauce didn't really elevate the flavor of the oysters much as they're already a slightly salty food and a soy sauce sort of just added more salt to it. I think a bit more kick was needed to enhance the flavor profile. The handroll set was pretty good, I liked the spicy tuna the best, then the salmon and then the yellowtail the least. In order, I'd probably give the spicy tuna a 9/10, salmon 8/10 and yellowtail 7/10. However, the tiramisu was fantastic, one of the best tiramisus I have had, creamy, good notes of coffee flavor and wasn't overly sweet. Our server was also very friendly, she showed us how to properly eat the handrolls which was nice. The place also has a nice vibe to it, very relaxing and not too loud or overly grand.
