We had it installed by a contractor who has done other floors in our subdivision with no issues. We had them installed the week of 3/16/26 and within a couple of weeks we noticed dents and scratches all over the house. I called the Houston store about our issues. The manager then told me that our flooring was a new line and he had never sold it before! I filed a claim with their HQ and sent many pictures. That is just one attached showing dents and scratches after only 8 days. They sent our flooring for testing and emailed me saying that the flooring did not meet their standards. They gave examples of multiple deficiencies with their product that the Houston store sold us telling us how great it was. They are now telling us we have to take more product from them and they will not pay us back for our $7,000 installation fee. They said we would have to pay that again to have more of their product installed. We consulted an attorney and are now going to take them to court. We want our money back, not more defective product, as well as our installation cost. We would have never had that product installed had we known it was defective and they had never even sold any of it. It is on LL to test their products before they sell them. That was not our job. I will never do business with this company again and would never recommend them.

Yesterday I went with my husband to look at the mowers thinking that I was window shopping. Decided to try to get financed just for kicks and giggles and was approved immediately and was shocked. The customer care there is awesome. They were very helpful. The process was quick but thorough. They were very, very helpful and I highly recommend them. Even if you think there's no chance you'll get financed, try it. You'll be surprised. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, outdoor equipment and staff. When we were lied to by Tracy (parts manager) about the parts being on "back order" -- BTW I personally called Graveley's corporate office and spoke with parts and they said that both parts were available and could be shipped out that day, I called back to Tracy and was referred to Dave. Dave said that their system might state "back order" on the parts even if they were actually in store. He took over the case and found that the parts were actually in store and had the mower repaired and returned to us within an additional seven days. We started it up and immediately had the same problem with it. We called Dave and he said that he would call us back. Having received no phone call, we drove it over to the Conroe location on August 28 (having to rent a truck as usual to do so) and when we arrived were told that the owner had decided that he didn't like our review on the internet and that they would no longer work on our mower. Classy. What a professional move. If you can't fix it, just decide to shuck off the problem to another company. Not a problem Dave. Not at all. Quite frankly it was too much trouble to deal with an unprofessional, lying, group of staff who wouldn't answer the phone (BTW they do have caller ID so if you become a "problem" don't be surprised if nobody answers :) !)
