I would have rated a 0 but did not have that choice. I ordered faucets on the 2nd of the month, they sent order receipt. Instinct told me to ck on order on the 7th for some reason. I called and they had rejected the order when there is absolutely no reason to do so. But even worse they didn't bother to tell me. The customer service person told me that the system just rejects orders and they don't know why. They sell retail and my credit is excellent so there was no reason. I would have been just sitting waiting waiting, meanwhile contractors are working on my bathroom as we speak. No excuse for this read more

Ferguson Plumbing distributes the plumbing fixtures in my newer home. I needed to find replacement parts that aren't typically offered separately. NONETHELESS, the lead customer service guy (sits to the far left) REALLY worked hard to find the part. After about 15 minutes of searching, he called in the manager, Daniel, who volunteered to call the manufacturer to see what could be done. Since the parts aren't sold separately, HE ARRANGED TO HAVE THEM SENT FOR FREE. WOW! I was treated as if I was more of a large scale home builder rather than just a homeowner. I wanted a better quality product than what the big box store has and a particular fit. I went to the Waco store and at first glance it looks wonderful with lots of nice display items. I thought I could really spend thousands of dollars here as I remodel my home now that I am well qualified and financially able in retirement. It took 45 minutes to do the paperwork and to make sure the item had the specific details to fit my application. They then said well the items are not in stock but you can get them at the warehouse 15 miles away. So I went to the warehouse and they acted like it was inconvenience for me to pickup my order, not polite at all. It took a hour to get through the gates and wait on everything. Absolutely no help was given to load my items just thrown on the dock even though they could tell I was over 50 and the items weighted from 30-50 pounds each. Yes, I am able to lift 90 pounds bags of cement but they did not know that. Then the next day I opened the boxes and one of the items was broke, that's where the rest of the problems began. Every time you call the location branch it goes to a center 5 billion miles away and it takes 12-15 minutes before anyone talks to you If you are lucky. They said they would deliver the replacement part on the next day. Well it's 5 days later and I called again two times of course twice waiting 13 minutes for anyone. The person said today that I'll print off the ticket but I don't know if we will be going that way anytime soon. I would give them a negative number if possible the customer service is nonexistent!!! I first walked in the store ready to spend over $50,000 over time and now I'm hoping I can just get my damaged item replaced and be done with the incompetence! Will never step foot in the store again and tell everyone I see to not shop there. read more

Today in the morning my wife called me and told me the restroom are leaking immediately I went home to see what's going on I went to Ace Home Depot and Lowe's asking everybody if they have it I even took it with me to the part with me to show them and he was looking the guy walking in the plumbing department just there they don't even have any knowledge about any plumbing parts funny one of the lady she was buying something for the house she heard me get upset with one of the employee was just trying to convince me to change the whole commode she told me you should go to Ferguson on 2920 it took me 10 minute drive on the woodland in 5 minutes over there the lady knew right away what I need she just looked on the part and she need the code it was really funny she had a lot of knowledge I really appreciate it thank you so much for your service highly recommended read more

This store is very nice with expensive fixtures. I needed plumbing supplies to remodel my home after a flood. The people in the part that sells plumbing supplies were not helpful and I ordered two commodes that were the wrong color, that cost a hundred dollars each just to return. Since I have a handicap person I'm dealing with I needed a raised toilet for the bathroom downstairs. Since it has a 10 inch roughen, they didn't have one so I had to buy one that would fit. Now I'm having to look for another toilet to replace that one since there are falling issues from that toilet. The people working there could have been more helpful in dealing with handicap issues. read more

By far the WORST experience I have ever had dealing with an appliance retailer. We purchased a 2000$ ice maker that turned out to have issues. They refuse to fix or make it right. In addition, our builder used Ferguson's for all the appliances in our custom home values well over 1 million. After a year of settling in we have had issues with our outdoor kitchen grill and other appliances. They have passed us on to some other company who charged us a fee to come out, take a look and tell us we need to now go directly to the manufacturer. Horrific customer service.
