I wanted to show my son what a drive in movie was like to help him think outside the box (literally) so I brought him, me and the neighbors here. It was the first time for me and we really did not like the film Ice Age that much. The place on the other hand was perfection! Visiting this place was like visiting some of the best things about the 50s. Ok, real butter on the popcorn, Chuck Berry and Elvis on the radio, all the crazy intermission ads, intros, etc that capture the time. The place is family owned and has amazing service. The graphic design done for the place was also amazing. I got a shirt and I may have gotten the same shirt if it was for a drive in that no longer existed. I say this having been a graphic designer for globally recognized authors. The place is amazing. I am so going back!

Good food, good music (before/between the movies) on 88.1FM "drive-in radio". Been coming here for years! You can't beat the drive-in, 2 movies for $10 a person for the most unique family friendly movie experience!

I particularly get a kick every time of the old 50s style ads for their food, intermission, when the movie is starting, etc.

I've been…read morewanting to go to one for a few years, so when some friends who live in Worcester suggested it, I was sold. We arrived somewhat early and found a perfect spot for Screen I. Our friends were smart enough to bring some camping chairs and games, so we set the chairs up next to the car and played a game or 2 while waiting for the first movie to start. We did treat ourselves to concessions - I don't know the price, as I didn't buy. I said it didn't taste like movie popcorn and my friend said "it tastes like what movie popcorn USED to taste like..." Which is sort of true! We couldn't get our car radio working, but luckily, the people behind us had theirs pretty loud. It was quieter than I would have liked and than what I am used to, but the sound was still fine and the picture quality was great. We didn't stay for the 2nd one, as it was getting late and we were getting cold. But 2 movies for $20/car?! We had 4 people, which means we saw 1 first-run movie for $5 each and could have seen a 2nd for no extra money? Can't beat that!! A few pieces of advice if you go: - Bring bug spray!! My friend did and we used it, but I still have some bites! - Bring chairs, sweatshirts and blankets/sleeping bags. We were there on a nice, warm day and it got pretty chilly. The pickup truck behind us had backed into the space and thrown pillows, blankets and sleeping bags into the bed of the truck. The kids were in PJs. I was jealous! - You can also bring dinner (we ate out first) and your own snacks. - If you're bringing kids, make sure you know the rating of the movie and make sure you go to the right screen! Overall, a fantastic experience and I will definitely go back. I wish they had some closer to Boston!!

I was happy to see a lot of hardcore folks out with their families, ensuring this outdoor format doesn't die just yet. Blankets, comfy chairs/car, and an appreciation for the outdoors--bugs, raindrops, wind, and all... are all a requirement! Pack up the family, bring snacks, and enjoy a double feature...

Then you have to drive at a tilt and try to figure out which of the 3 crooked hill screens all facing each other is yours, off-roading over apocalyptic concrete to find a reasonable view/angle. The kids working try to tell you where to park -- there were 4 other cars in the back row at our screen, and he told us to park next to them. Ummm, why should early arrivers get the worst spot? We abided at first, but we were at such an angle left-to-right, we moved more to the left, where the incline of the drive-in mountain still existed, but at least the slope was straighter up-and-down. (tbh, my back still hurts from the incline our car was at.) The bathroom toilets and floors are literally covered in feces. You could hear the audio from both other movies loud and clear during your movie. They don't show anything on-screen before the movie starts so you can make sure you have the station tuned in right, so if you have an old-school radio, good luck finding the station in the first 5 minutes of dialogue. There are no clear roads, so leaving in the dark weaving between people parked EVERYWHERE, going up and down the most awkward cement, is honestly very scary. This place was such a dump. And for them to charge $33 per car for the garbage amenities is absolutely WILD! Do yourself a favor and avoid.
