Just as it states, Their facility is so beautiful, the Dental team is amazing and caring, and they take the latest and greatest approach to pediatric dentistry. All of that is true and if you're not one of the Medicaid patients you'll continue to receive nothing but the very best. That commitment to treat and care for every patient as she would her own child is just going to be for non-medicaid patients. If you can afford to bring your child here then do because they are wonderful. If I could afford to pay out of pocket I would in a heartbeat. I'd have loved to keep my little one here but this email is so unfortunate. It was not written with the thought of how excluded this would make Medicaid families feel. Yes, we are a low-income family but we are every bit as deserving of the amazing care Sunrise describes in this email and will provide to non-Medicaid families. There was a much better way to word this and go about this change in general and that's what's really disappointing.
