Originally bought our camper at Camping World 5 years ago. Have had nothing but bad experiences…read morewith their service department since. Had to have some work done this year ( water pump wasn't working). Took it to Weekend RV, they told me they were about 2 weeks out in the service department, due to the fact its November and everyone is needing winterization. I was expecting to pay hundreds of dollars for a new water pump to be installed. Turns out the tech got the old pump working and 7 days later my camper was ready for pickup. My bill was less than $100 and that was with a new door key I requested. I feel like most dealers would have just replaced it anyway because i had authorized the work, but Weekend RV didn't. Everyone that I have talked to there was very professional and personable, the staff is awesome and obviously puts customer service a priority over the evil dollar. Today we needed a regulator for my fathers camper, neither big box stores had one in stock, called Weekend RV and it was in stock and almost 20% cheaper. From now on they have all my families business and this important to us because we average 30 plus nights a year at various racing events and are always boone docking. Highly recommended dealer

My wife and I have been interested in the RV lifestyle for some time, but not until we retired…read morecould we begin to start down the path less trod. We bought our first camping trailer in Nashville. It was a used Rockwood trailer, just a year old, and the previous owners obviously had not used it much because it was a perfect starter camper. Our first year, we traveled over 6,000 trouble-free miles and the RV bug hit. We were hooked. We also have three cats, so it was important that they be able to come with us. During that first summer, we visited 17 states and Alberta, Canada. When we came home, we began to ask fellow RV'ers what dealership they would go to for regular service and intermittent problems. We got several suggestions, but when we went to the dealer, we were less than impressed, and surprising so when we went to one of the larger name familiar dealers. Finally, one of my work associates told me about Weekend RV. He was totally sold on their service and so I made an appointment for a routine service and boy am I glad I did. Even though I did not buy my trailer from Weekend RV, they treated me like family -- a real rarity nowadays. I was ecstatic; I had found my RV specialists in a big way. And I cannot say enough about their service, their knowledge, their friendly staff and their reasonable prices. I've dropped by on a number of occasions and they already know my name! Kind of like Cheers! Haha! Last week, while preparing for another 4,000 mile snow bird trip to Phoenix, I went to Weekend RV to inquire about some minor issues with my camper. What I never intended, however, was to set my eyes on another Rockwood that was 2021 model. It was a beauty, complete with a fireplace!! I couldn't believe the price. Even without my trade in, it was an absolute steal. So much better than any other RV dealers within a 467 mile radius. The deal was made, the paperwork will be signed on Monday, and we'll be cruising along the long and winding road, in our new Rockwood trailer.

I told the service department when I needed the camper back and as usual they didn't touch the camper until I called 2 weeks later. I was told on Friday they couldn't find the leak and would not be charged. The following Monday the service manager said I could come and get the camper which was one day before I was to go camping. I asked him if they found the leak he said yes. I was charged a fee ($221) for something they didn't repair other than make a mess with the underpinning and the doors and walls inside camper were a greasy mess. When I got back from camping and of course it rained. I had water being held in the underpinning with the leak they did not fix. I will never purchase another Rv from Chilhowee RV, nor have anything repaired.

Bought an extended warranty at the time we purchased the motor home. The service Manager now seems like he could care less about customers. When we bought the unit and the extended warranty we were told we would get priority service. We did the first couple of years. But since getting service has been less than that. Called in the first week of Sept. and told them about a problem. Wayne the service manager said well I can not get you in until the late to middle of Oct. Over 45 days. Told him we needed the repair by the end of Sept. because our daughter was having a baby and we had to make a trip the 1st of Oct. he could care less and said all the dealers and repair shops were backed up. Well they maybe, but we found two other shops willing to work us in. Both said it was a small problem and a quick fix when I explained the problem over the phone. We are planning on buying a new unit later this year. I think we will look at other dealers that care about customers.

I wish I would have read reviews first. this is the only dealership that sells Livs in the area, so…read moreI may have still done business with them, but I would have at least known that I wasn't crazy. they do business very unethically and are shady. I was given no paperwork even though I asked for it several times. They "forgot" to give me credit for my deposit, then "oops, hit the wrong button" when refunding it and charged me again. Finally got it refunded the next week. Robert is so shady. tried to sell me an as is trailer and told me it would cost too much to get a '24 with a warranty. He wanted to sell this '23 and thought I would be dumb enough to sign. I would never do business with these people again. Junior deserves better than this place. I think he is the only good person in the place.

Hello, my name is Judy Zalusky and my husband is Terry Ore. We have been happily married for years…read moreAnd have been fishing even longer than that. Both of us being on a boat has been something we've always known. Both growing up in Minnesota, we enjoyed fishing the many lakes up there. Recently, we decided to move to Florida for our retirement dreams. However reluctant, my husband sold his prized possession, his fishing boat. Most of our memories have been made on water. I promised him when we arrived in Florida we would find again, the boat of our dreams and make new memories on the water. A new and exciting experience. Our community which we live in has the benefit of having access directly to the river, which we knew coming to Florida. To bring us to the present, has been much sadness and devastation. We thought we bought the boat of our dreams and spent retirement income to enjoy our golden years. To say it has been our dream boat is an absolute lie more like our nightmare. We purchased a Lexington TRITOON Fishing boat in April 2021 from Factory Direct in Edgewater, our maiden voyage was only a small percent of the problems we have endured since. I can't count the amount of times our boat has been brought back into their facility for repairs, replacements, overhaul of products, the list keeps going. Although we have only owned the pontoon for 3 year, I can assure you it has been just at the shop being serviced more than one year of that total. The amount of issues has been exhausting. Product not being produced as promised or the shop causing extra issues. Here are some issues. 1. Aftermarket trolling motor was purchased and installed was damaged by an employee, 2. employee lack of care had a screwdriver in his pocket and made a big cut in our new leather seat. There is so much more. March 13 2024 pontoon was brought in because bad harness had to be replaced. Remove panels under boat. We picked it up on 3/20/2024. Decided to take the pontoon out on 4/9/2024. We were enjoying our boat and then something happened the toons filled up with water and we had no control with the boat. We had people help us at our dock. Brought the boat back in the shop on 4/10 /2024 and was told the boat had corrosion. Why was this not told to us when we picked up the boat on 3/20/2024. We only have 79 hours on the Motor. You can see the holes under the boat. We decided to bring our boat into another dealer for inspection. Gerry's marina. They did an inspection and said that the Bunks on the trailer caused the corrosion. We wash the boat down every time we take the boat in. Plus during the inspection they found missing bolts under the tubes. The tubes were loose because of the missing bolts. We were told that we were lucky to make it in. They said that the boat could have flipped or sank. We were at risk due to your staff at Edgewater. I Found out Edgewater closed. So I spoke to Gina. Harris several times. Her last statement to me is that every time we brought the 4000 lb Pontoon in and had it lifted off the trailer and clean the carpeted bunks. Do you think we have that kind of money. Wow. Again we only have 79 hours on the boat because it has been in the shop more than the water.
