I asked where the squirrel poisons were and they seemed irritated with me for even interfering with their conversation. The young lady pointed me to aisle 35. Went to check out and this was my interaction with cashier --- Cashier : did you find everything you were looking for? ME: No, I didn't. Cashier: Ok What the heck? Do you not train your employees in customer service or at the very least how to interact with buyers. Don't they understand that I am the one contributing to their paychecks. I don't understand whether Feldman's doesn't care or the employees aren't being trained. Ugh!!!

I went today to get bales of straw for my animals. The employee fell twice because they have not…read moreplowed or put any salt down. No attempt whatsoever also had to climb up a broken ladder into the semi trailer. I felt so horrible for the employee. I don't know that I'll ever spend any money here again just seems like any effort at all would have avoided such a situation. Not sure how they keep any decent employees when they're treated so horribly.

The first response as I entered the building was as…read moreexpected, very friendly and polite greeting as to what I was trying to find, etc. I had gone to look at and make a deal on a pre-owned utility tractor. Once I spoke with salesman I was very disappointed in the vibe he was portraying. Seems to be completely disorganized and not completely interested in what I was there to accomplish. I was not intending to continue to do business with him. But I was there with a friend that was the real reason for the looking at the particular tractor. We didn't make a deal on the first visit, but a deal was accomplished a few days later, and I was involved with picking up the machine. Second impression might have been less impressive. Still the same "squireling around" attitude and totally dis organized. He was informed that we were coming to complete a form and load the tractor. an hour and a half later, he's trying to find the keys to the tractor, and decided to compliably belittle and verbally bash the "key keeper" in front of both of us. Totally unprofessional. She on the other hand took the bashing and was compliably embarrassed by his actions. It was enough, that his actions were the topic of conversation for 30 minutes of our drive hauling the tractor. I would not have purchased anything having him as the sales person. Update: As of 06/18/2026 I just got off the phone with the current owner of the business. The situation has been address and appropriate conversations have taken place internal to the business. Side note, the tractor that was purchased, although used equipment, had the loader joystick control break. The reason to go from 3 star to 5 star is both the addressing of the above and they are standing behind the sale and providing the replacement, that we will need to install. I feel as if when I need to obtain parts and or service in the future for my equipment, I will call upon Blue Valley Tractor to fill my needs. I want to add, a big thank you to Cliff, the owner, for reaching out, personally, and letting me know that the situation has been address. It's the small things that build the better relationship for a business.

Stihl staff is not educated enough on products or warranties. Bought a brand new chainsaw was told…read moreit was two year warranty, they sold me additional oil to extend the warranty to four years. I use the chainsaw for 15 minutes and it threw a chain. Two links in the chain were not flexible when I tried to replace the chain back on the chainsaw, took it back to the store told me I had to buy a new chain, and that everything on the saw was covered for the warranty except the chain. Buying an expensive product get told one story as soon as something needs to be replaced they tell you a different story. The department provided terrible service. I then went to the store manager, who sold me the chain at a very slight discount. Even though the staff was not forthright with me around the #Warranty when I bought the saw. After leaving the store, I called the manufacturer who told me if I was still at the store they could talk to the store and get me the replacement chain for free. Not a satisfied customer I will not be buying additional products from your store.

Took my lawn mower in to Feldmans Farm & Home in Bonner Springs, Kansas for servicing in March, had…read moremower for over a week didn't call me or text to say it was ready, had to call. Picked up mower despite website & receipt saying cleaning was part of the 89.00 servicing it was not clean. Mowers self propel didn't work took mower back, they had it 47 days, replacing multiple parts, it was still under warranty with honda, they had to keep calling Honda to tell them what it might be, finally they were told cable needed adjusting, they couldn't do that, Honda sent a rep who adjusted & educating them. Had to buy a mower to mow my grass. Picked up my mower and Managers comment to us from Owner was not to shop there again. This is rude behavior when none of this was my fault. This is a terrible business.

The L2501 is so light it will not do any work--it just spins its tires. Would not pull a box blade. Some upgrade! Should have stuck with the older JD. The parts people offered front weights, $102 for each 20 pounds. Be prepared to pay a couple of grand extra to add what you need. Parts guys said they can only use the wheeled weight rack in the back. Baloney. Titan sold me a quick attach weight rack with a trailer receiver and I got the JD 50 pound weights from Amazon for $68 each and free shipping. Will buy clamp on forks and bucket teeth from them as well. Never again Kubota. The tractor is loud especially the transmission, if it weren't new, I'd think there was something wrong. Steering and handling is awkward, the bucket is too small, about 2/3 the capacity of the older JD compact. The loader is powerful, abut any weight in the bucket just brings the rear tires off the ground. MUCH better with 200 pounds on the Titan rear attachment. All this headache could have been avoided if the sales folks were honest.
