I have had my mower and power washer serviced here. I've had my power washer serviced several times. I had it repaired last fall, and I made the mistake of not using it until this summer. When I did, water came shooting out the front where it should not. I took it back, they proceeded to tell me that I must have broken it. Do not waste your time with these jokers if you need small engine repair. They had my Echo for exactly 4 weeks. I called after 2 weeks. "Oh, you're next in line". A week goes by, I call back. Had purchased a lawn edger from a box store that had been used and returned without my knowing. Called the manufacturer for warranty help they sent me to northland feed. The guy in the shop was not a good person to deal with rude called us liars as well As cussing us out for calling him out on his dishonesty do not use this shop they will screw you over as well as none of the employees are held accountable for being an A hole to honest people. Northland Feed was very good at repairing my mower within the time they originally estimated. My only "concern" was that although they said they called to let me know it was ready, I did not have any messages on my phone. Not sure of course if this was Northland Feed or my phone carrier as i have had some difficulties getting messages. Overall. Great service and good price. read more

I just had my second very positive experience at Northland Feed. About 3 years ago I had to replace a leaf blower. I researched and found the Tanaka was highly rated. Went to Northland Feed, the guys showed me all the features, how to operate it, filled it with fuel, started it. Then he said "wait just a minute." Came back and said, "I called the regional sales person for Tanaka. This unit is going on sale next Monday and I asked if I could sell it to you at the sale price." Saved me $20. I didn't have to do that. I just bought a Tanaka weed trimmer from them. Again, showed me how to operate it. Quick in and out. The also handle all the warranty registration.
