Patiently waiting for the Dr. to come in, or the kitty!

We followed Dr. Crider from another vet office, mainly because our dog has a massive crush on her. She's treated him since he was a puppy. Actually she's treated all of our dogs, aged 10 to 5, since they were all puppies. They don't do unnecessary treatments, and listen to your concerns. Super friendly staff and Minerva the cat is very patient with our overly nosey dog. (she loves going because of the kitty in the waiting room). Highly recommend and trust the staff here. Our pets are members of our family and I feel they get the best possible care here.

    Our newest rescue, Grimm

Our dogs and cats have been patients of NPAH for probably ten years now, maybe as long as Dr Jackson has had the office open. I've seen all three vets and would gladly recommend each of them. They're great with big dogs (even the scarier ones)! My favorite thing is that they listen to you and don't try to sell you products/services that you don't need. Maybe that's my second favorite thing. Truthfully, they've seen five of our dogs through to end of life services and both the vets and the staff are sympathetic and beyond kind in those final moments. We just adopted a new pup and he's already under the care of Dr Aucoin for heartworm treatment.

My pup has been here three times now and after today I feel confident to leave a 5 star review. The staff is friendly and the vets are knowledgeable and will answer all questions. I had an emergency last night with my baby and I called the vet as soon as they opened. They were compassionate and able to squeeze us in. The vet informed me of what was going on with my dog and eased my mind. The prices are reasonable and it's worth every cent.

I called Spring Creek, explained what was happening, and even though they were already busy, they told me to bring him in and kindly worked him into their schedule between other patients. What touched me most was the way they treated Niño. They knew he was a community cat, but that made absolutely no difference in the respect, gentleness, and love they showed him. The doctor explained all the options. When I said I couldn't afford the more expensive treatment plan, she saw how worried I was and worked with my budget without judgment. Together, we found a more affordable way to give Niño the care he needed. And today I can see the difference. His fever is down, his pain is gone, and he is happily eating again. He's comfortable, playful, moving his tail, gently nipping at my hands, and acting like my happy Niño again. Seeing him like this after how worried I was means more than I can express. Thank you, Spring Creek Animal Hospital, for understanding the urgency, for making room for Niño when we needed help, for working with my budget, and most of all, for treating a community cat with such dignity, kindness, and love. I am truly grateful for everything you did for Niño. You made a very worried cat mom feel heard, respected, and supported. I will never forget your kindness."

Let's start with the fact I use to use this vet for over 15 years with Dr Sarter. Best vet I've had! Hands down. He sold this practice and they lost all hope. When I came in with my 6 yr old Shepard, my service dog, she was deathly ill and could barely walk. Confused and willing to do anything, we did x rays. Paid extra $100 for rush review from radiologist. (Scam) I hadn't eaten so I took dog and ran down the street for food. But right before the vet came in to inform me that my dog was 'consumed with cancer'. No chance of survival. Devastated, I went and called family and when I came back, she came back with the radiologist report that 'nope. No cancer'. WHAT?!! Just WHAT?! One minute she said one thing and poof it's gone. She then told me that she had disk issues and offered shot that blocks brain from feeling pain to help her walk. Next month injection free. Paid for that. I asked her to look in dogs nose to see if obstruction. She refused and I paid and left. More confused than before. After I left, I called back and got front desk when I asked her why she wouldn't look in dogs nose. She told me she saw doctor look. (Lies). I asked her to check with doctor because no. She didn't. Doctor hit on phone and confirmed no she didn't. (I paid for it though) they then deemed me to not come back because my questioning this and then refused to give my dog the second/included/paid for shot. I was lied to by staff, told my dog had and didn't have cancer and refusal to give treatment paid for. Your choice to pay money here. God help u. But notice how old most reviews are that are good and why score higher. It's the old owner time frame and person. Dr sarter. Shame on these people

They drained it twice and had surgery on it because they said that was the only way to get rid of it. Eat filled up again 3 weeks post surgery. Told me to go to a dog dermatologist or just let it burst on its own. I went back to my prior vet. I used to use them, but they are in the Woodlands and wanted someone closer. They told me draining them does not work. They put her on some meds to see if they can calm her head shaking down which may help the swelling go down. If not they will have to do proper laser surgery. I do not believe Champion Forest vet knows a lot nor has the best equipment. Almost $3,000 into this and my dog is still not better. Did they care about the dog still sick or the financial burden! No sold me some more prednisone, which the woodlands vet had me ween her off because she was on during ear drains and surgery.

My dog knows exactly where we're going when we get in the car, and by the time we arrive, he's practically vibrating with excitement. He runs straight to the door, ready to see his friends and start playing. As a pet parent, there's no better indication of how much a dog loves a place. One of the things I appreciate most is their temperament-testing process. I'll admit, I was a little unsure about it at first, but after seeing how successful their program is, I've become a firm believer. Willow Creek doesn't just put dogs together and hope for the best. They carefully evaluate each dog and group them based on personality, temperament, and activity level. My dog is one of the energetic pups who's always ready to play, and they do a fantastic job making sure he has compatible friends while also ensuring he gets time to rest and recharge. He always comes home happy, fulfilled, and completely exhausted. What really sets Willow Creek apart, though, is how much they genuinely care. The staff know my dog by name and greet him like family every time he arrives. Sure, he's a lovable guy, but that level of personal attention and affection speaks volumes about the culture they've created. I also love the updates and photos they share. Seeing pictures of my dog playing with his friends, enjoying a special treat like doggie ice cream or a donut, and simply having a great time gives me so much peace of mind when I'm away. And I have to mention the baths. Whatever shampoo they use is pure magic. My dog comes home looking great and smelling amazing for weeks afterward. I still haven't figured out their secret! Most importantly, I trust Willow Creek Ranch completely with the care of my dogs. While I usually board the dog I've talked about here, they've also cared for two of my other dogs. No matter the breed, size, or temperament, they've always been willing to work with both the dog and the owner to create a safe, positive experience. That level of dedication is rare. If you're looking for a place where your dog will be cared for, understood, and genuinely loved while you're away, I wholeheartedly recommend Willow Creek Ranch. For us, it's not just a daycare or boarding facility, it's part of our extended family.
