I'm not convinced they're not a big scam. Very unprofessional set up at the testing location in Phoenix, and while I received the results of the rapid antigen test in about 10 minutes (on 12/23/21), I am unable to create an account to login to get the PCR test results. Numerous emails to them remain unanswered. I'm currently (1/5/22) on hold "waiting for the next available agent" to see if I can reach them by phone. I'm not holding my breath. You should find another lab for COVID testing! Update: I was finally connected to an actual person, after being on hold for 45 minutes. I explained that I really didn't care about accessing their patient portal and to just cut to the chase and email me the PCR results directly. I actually rec'd an email from them tonight (1/6/22) with an attached and PW-protected PDF with the PCR test results! Color me surprised! read more

Update: January 27. Still waiting for our results. Still waiting for our PCR tests done on December 29, 2021 at the Long Beach, CA location. I've tried calling dozens of times and no one answers, tried emailing and haven't gotten a response. We did at home tests that were negative, but would like to know for sure. Annoyed that we wasted our time and that although it was a free test , they must be getting paid somehow. Also, the testing site was poorly run and very unprofessional. That should of been enough for us to turn around and leave, but at that time we couldn't find a place to get tested and our appointment elsewhere had gotten canceled because of the rain. read more

I had a COVID exposure and waited 90 minutes to get my nasal swab. I missed Christmas and worked sick (at home) because I had no results to present to my employer if I was positive. We had our tests done on 12/23/2021. It is 01/05/2022 and still nothing. They don't respond to emails or voicemails. I am writing this review while on hold "waiting for the next agent". I called at the beginning of my lunch period and now I have 8 minutes left. Do not go here. It is a huge scam and everyone in my neighborhood who went there is having the same problem (there's a ton of posts on Nextdoor). This place is utterly useless. read more

Here it is January 14, 2022 and still have not gotten my results from the PCR I took back on December 28, 2021 at their 15869 Gothard St, Huntington Beach, CA 92647 satellite test center. Same goes for other family members that took it the same day! Time to post our displeasure all over social media! There is no excuse for this and the stress added to it! I advised them I will post by the end of the week if results are not provided. Oh, and by the way I tested on January 2 at a more reputable lab and got those results in 3 days! Would give 0 stars. I think this place is a scam. PCR test never results after 9 days. No one picks up or answers emails. The local testing site representative always says to call the lab. They are just taking money from the government for scheduling a test but not actually doing anything with a swab. read more

Went to their location, test was quick and efficient. They took two samples. Processed the rapid test while I waited. The PCR test he said to expect in 5-7 days. It has now been 15 days and I have not seen the result. Obviously at this point I'm either over Covid or I never had it but I'm concerned that they could be billing insurance for tests never conducted. I have reached out to their customer service number (1hr wait, hung up) and email. They had automated responses to email. I did get a person reply who asked me for some info, which I replied to but they never followed up. Multiple emails since, no replies. I don't know if this is a legitimate operation. read more

Listen to the other reviews here, and avoid this place if you're able to. I had the same experience as everyone else - got tested for COVID, and results just never showed up. They don't pick up the phone and they don't answer emails. It's a joke and probably some sort of scam. The sad thing is, people are probably running around spreading COVID because they don't know they have it and never got their results from this place. This lab is THE worst. I drove through the facility in North Riverside for PCR tests for me and my son. I was told the results could take up to 6 days. It's been 8 days and no results. I've called and emailed and no response whatsoever. I have a relative who is also awaiting her results and it's been 8 days. Absolutely awful. If you can, avoid getting tested by this lab. Frankly, it seems like a scam. I wonder how much money they're raking in and not even supplying test results. Truly shameful at a time of a spreading variant. read more

Test results just don't come. Terrible service and my son can't go to school until the e-mail comes. They told us he tested negative within minutes after the test at the site. Why does it take two days to get a stupid e-mail saying the same thing? Also impossible to speak with anyone within the company. They purposely provide no customer service to avoid their customers. If I could add a negative review I would. A child at school tested positive and I cannot access my sons results to determine if he has covid. I have called Northshore and sent emails but no response. Used a free clinic in buffalo ny- (Adams Mark hotel) for covid testing. It was walk in so first come first served, you'll wait a bit but that's expected due to high demand of testing. I can't comment on the results or turnaround time but the process was clean and seamless. Register on your phone while in line. Waited only 10 mins to be tested and got my rapid results in 20. Hopefully the pcr comes back quick. read more

I went with my Mother, because she had scheduled a trip abroad. This lab collected all our personal data, including a photo from our IDs. I found it very rare. We have done several Covid tests in many places before and never asked a photo of our IDs in the form (electronic form). The test was taken at Ponce de Leon & San Lorenzo Ave, Coral Gables, FL 33146 on 12/31/2021. The results arrived on 01/26/2022. Who needs a Covid test result after 3 days? After long wait for the result, the email is upsetting by itself. The sample was unable to evaluated. My mother received the same answer from that "clinic"? What the authorities are going to do regarding this "labs" which collect personal information and "perform" Covid tests and use a personal which probably were paid for this. Got a covid PCR test for a trip to Aruba at Free Covid Testing Site (FCTS) in Maryland. They assured me the test results would be back from their contracted lab (Northshore Clinical Laboratories) in 72 hours and before I arrived in Aruba. So I arrive in Aruba 71 hours later and no test results have been received. Had to pay $300 at Aruba airport to get a second test I could enter the country. Sent an email and called Northshore upon my return to discuss this. Received no return call or email was received. read more

If I could give negative stars I would! Completely dissatisfied with the Customer Service. No one rarely picks up the phone, NO ONE email responds from the Customer Service, Info or Results emails. We were tested on Saturday and flying out Monday denied at the ticket counter because our results were not back yet. When I finally speak to someone they say could take 72 hours! Results need to within 72 hours. Its now been 78 hours and you guessed it NO TEST RESULTS. In order for us to get on our flight to Canada I had to pay $704.00 CDN for Rapid PCR Testing. Took PCR test in Buffalo at Ellicott Square on 12/28 and took rapid and PCR tests in Buffalo at 500 Seneca on 12/30. Wanted to know results before visiting elderly parents on News Years Eve. Had to rely on the negative rapid test only because, not only did I not receive any PCR results in time for New Years--I STILL (on 1/14) have no results from either PCR test! I have received a couple of responses by email that were apologies but no results and the last time I emailed--nothing at all. Extremely unhappy with this laboratory. My family and I tested on December 23rd, and 13 days later, we still have not received our results. When we went to the testing site they gave us the number to the lab and told us that if we leave a message, they will call back. I emailed them 3 times and left 4 voicemail messages with no response. Finally got through to someone who told us our results were still pending (11 days later) and gave us another number for the main lab to call. Called them and spoke to someone who took our information to expedite a response. We called 3 times, gave them the same information and still nothing. This has to be a scam! We're never going to get our results. If you need to get tested, go through your local health department...you'll actually get your results within 48 hours. read more

This place is awful! My entire family tested on December 23rd and still have not received anything back! They give you no paperwork and the lab number they give you goes to a call center. It has taken hours and hours of our time and nothing has been done. All of the previous reviews are correct! A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!! My wife is actually on the phone with them again and they are saying it is delayed and everyone is being tested. We called the Long Beach Department of health and they have no record of us testing and it shows up as a testing approved site for Long Beach, CA. Make sure you call your local place and it is approved by the health department. Final comment...this is only my second negative comment I have posted in my life so I hope that gives you some perspective. read more

My daughter was tested on the same day at another facility and has long since received her results. I assume they are just taking money from the government for testing but not actually doing anything with the swab. Took a rapid and PCR test on 12/18/21, AND on 12/22/21. As of today, 12/28, I have not gotten PCR results from either test. I missed a week of work because I needed the PCR results, wasting sick days. No way to actually contact an actual human to find out where results are. I never write reviews, but felt like I needed to after my experience here. Came in 1 week ago after being exposed to Covid and showing symptoms. They did a rapid test that came back positive immediately, but I did not get the results of my PCR until 1 week later, which came back negative!! There is no doubt in my mind that I have Covid (I have had another rapid positive test since). However, I find it quite possible that there could have been a mix up with tests in the lab or due to the fact that my PCR test was not tested until over 6 days later!! This is inexcusable, especially given that we are 2 years into the pandemic. Either provide accurate timely results or shut down your lab. read more

Arrived 15 minutes after opening. Spent 4 hours in line just to be told 3 1/2 hours in that the testing staff was no longer offering Pcr tests, just rapid. Registered three family members and only received one member's result nearly four days later. The only reason for the second star was because I feel for the staff who administered the tests and because they were kind and friendly. read more
