We submitted an internet inquiry Thursday evening. Courtney contacted us the next morning. We were at the dealership that evening buying the Stelvio! Courtney was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took her time with us explaining the features of each model we were looking at. They gave us a great trade in for our Volvo. The dealership is nice and offered drinks and snacks. Finance was a breeze. Nothing was snuck in nor was there pressure to purchase any 'packages' which was a relief. It was the most painless car buying experience we have ever had. I highly recommend Courtney as a salesperson and Northside Imports as a dealership. We are so happy with the car buying experience and love the Stelvio! First class all the way!

Summary: Northside Imports wanted to charge me $11,190.11 to fix something on my car that didn't need to be fixed. Helfman Maserati of Sugar Land fixed the real problem for $2,653.57 and the car has been running great! Working with Northside Imports was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had from any mechanic in my life. If you are thinking about using Northside Imports to fix your car, think again! If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from them, don't. They are incompetent and dishonest. Find another dealer! Round 1: After having my mechanic install a clutch in my Maserati, I brought Northside my car which was running and shifting fine. However, the new clutch needed to be synchronized by a Maserati certified mechanic with the right equipment. I had also told Northside that the radio needed to be reprogrammed and that I had had the code. I expected this to be a 5-minute job for them. After about a week, Northside called and told me that my car would no longer start. Northside told me that the F1 pump had failed and that it would cost me $2,000 for the part and $2,000 for the labor to have it fixed. According to Northside Imports, it was necessary to drop the transmission to replace the F1 pump. Northside also told me that the radio was not the original radio that came with the car and that they would have to pull the radio out, get a number off of the back of it, and send it to Maserati in Italy to get the proper code. This was going to cost an additional $300. When I told the mechanic that replaced the clutch, he told me they were not telling me the truth. He told me he knew exactly where the F1 pump was and that he could replace it in about an hour without dropping the transmission. To verify this, I went ahead and called Helfman Maserati of Sugar Land and they agreed with my mechanic and told me it was unnecessary to drop the transmission to replace the F1 pump. Subsequently, I towed the vehicle back to my mechanic, had him replace the F1 pump which I got new on eBay for $400, and I towed the vehicle back to Northside Imports so that they could finish the synchronization of the clutch that I had already paid for. As for the radio, my mechanic took the code that I gave him and was able to get the radio working for free without having to pull it out. Round 2: After having my Maserati towed back the second time at Northside Imports, I eventually received a call from them that the aftermarket F1 pump that my mechanic put on was not OEM, that the F1 system had been compromised by my mechanic, and that the entire system needed to be replaced for $11,190.11. Having some history with Northside at this point, I was pretty much done with having them do anything on my car, so I went ahead and towed the vehicle directly to Helfman Maserati of Sugar Land. Round 3: Helfman Maserati of Sugar Land did an amazing job of fixing my car! They said something was screwed up with the computer that was preventing the car from starting and they had to take it out and send it to Maserati to have it reprogrammed. Since this was not an issue that existed before Northside Imports had the car, I suspect that they were responsible for causing this for about $1,200. Helfman then fixed the transmission leak for another $1,200 that Northside wanted $11,000 to fix. Conclusion: I have been driving the car and it starts fine, the clutch is working great, and there are no transmission leaks. Do not do business with Northside Imports. If Helfman Maserati of Sugar Land was not around, I would tow my car to a Maserati dealership in Austin before I ever let Northside Imports touch my car again. And if you are not using them for car maintenance, do they really sound like someone you would want to purchase a car from? Car dealers have such a bad reputation to begin with and Northside Imports really lives up to the stereotypical negative expectations often associated with businesses just like this.

So much for their 110 point inspection. Any mechanic worth his or her weight would have noticed the suspension was loose. I could wiggle this by hand. Less than 3 days off the lot. Not impressed at all.

If you're looking to change it up and drive an Italian ride...come to Northside Imports...they strictly sell Fiats...Maseratis...and my favorite...the Alfa Romeo...I purchased my Giulia from here...and been treated like I was their number one customer ever since...their customer service is the best...by far...and after my purchase...a large gift basket was left doorstep...filled with Italian goodies...when you come to location...you won't be hassled...and they will allow you to look around until you have a question...their selection is nice...and their prices are fair...after you purchase your vehicle...they will continue to contact you...occasionally...just to keep that seller/buyer relationship honest...and if you have to take your vehicle in for any type of maintenance...the guys here have all of the top of the line equipment...and even the maintenance area looks beautiful...I'm glad I made my purchase from this location...and if I had to do it again...I would not hesitate...you should visit this location...and drive away in a little Italian luxury...trust me...you want regret it...

Paid over $1000 to have an exterior trim piece re-attached on my Fiat. First time, the trim detached after a few weeks. Requested a loaner since it was their bad. Had to wait a month and a half to bring back for redo waiting on the loaner. Finally went to pick up the vehicle and it looked like a backyard repair (See picture) I could have done. Had to argue with the service writer (Camron) that it was not acceptable. He got real snitty about having to redo the work again, telling me that I would be behind 16 other repairs he had to have completed before getting to mine. That is until I requested the Service Manager's business card. Received a call yesterday from Blake, the Service Manager, telling me that the repair work was "lousy" and that he had it redone and I could pick up the vehicle in 2 days. All I can surmise is that they charged me Maserati prices and put their third string player on the repair job. Hope the work is satisfactory this time, really do not want to deal with Camron and his childish attitude any more.

Lovely looking car right?! Nobody around.,

However, they do have one major problem. The selection of cars is very small. Also, there's cars on the lot but apparently they haven't been looked over yet. I wanted to buy a vehicle same day but the car I wanted to look at hadn't gone through the process of going through the shop yet. I didn't understand how they couldn't just look at it the same day and see if there were any issues with it. I called back a couple days later to see if it was available and it still wasn't processed through the shop. How long does it take? By the time they have the car ready I've already purchased another vehicle.

I bought a car from NexCar in July 2025, and I just got around to changing the oil on it. I found that the technician at NexCar cross threaded the drain plug (this damages the oil pan, leads to oil leaks, and can put metal shavings in the oil), and I know NexCar did this because they change the oil on all their cars. To remedy their mistake, some gorilla put RTV silicone all around the plug and WAY over tightened it (this further damaged the pan and can put silicone in the oil). I immediately took pictures and videos of their horrible repair and got a repair quote from a local shop. I sent these to Beto, a service representative, and he took days to respond after repeated calls. Today, after the car has been waiting in a shop for three days, I called again just to be informed by the owner that the cars are sold "as is" and they won't pay for the repairs. If I bought the car from someone on Facebook, I would assume such risks. However, this was an established business with seemingly good reviews. NexCar strung me around for a week waiting an answer and repeatedly ignored my calls. What NexCar did was crooked, and businesses like them give used car dealers a bad reputation. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would.

YELP Review for Hunter Cavieves - North Freeway Hyundai…read more 20440 I-45 North Spring, TX 77373 North Freeway Hyundai I45 I went to look at Hyundai vehicles back in late December '25 and Hunter Cavieves came over and assisted me with looking at different Hyundai models. I went in to look at one particular model and before I knew it he had me looking at others. He was a great help at giving me different options and I even test drove several different models. I narrowed it down to a 2026 Tucson and he also assisted in getting my price as to what I was willing to pay. I finally decided which one I wanted and it was actually parked in the showroom floor with a fancy red Christmas ribbon on it. I came by later that evening with my youngest daughter and finalized the purchase. He has been the greatest and biggest help and I highly recommend working with him. I have been driving it for 8 months now and I am really impressed and enjoying my Tucson. I enjoy everything about it and have been on short road trips and it's been great. The ride is very comfortable and it's also loaded with many features. The stereo sounds awesome too! I really like the screen set up and all the cameras and its different angles. I stopped by to get an oil change at the dealership and Hunter saw me and came by to see how everything was going. I can't brag enough but he is a great person and very friendly. He is currently working in the OnLine Sales Dept and his office is in the front showroom floor. If you're interested in looking at vehicles I highly recommend talking to him. My two previous Service Dept visits were also great. My visits were for an oil change and also a system update. Audry and Mia were very friendly and kept me updated as to what the service Dept was working on and approximately how long the work would take. I found out that Mia is no longer working there but just wanted to also brag about her as well. I feel that my 2026 Tucson is a great vehicle and it's a solid one!

My experience with North Freeway Hyundai was absolutely terrible, and I would seriously think twice…read morebefore taking my vehicle there for service. I brought my vehicle in for what should have been a routine oil change, tire rotation, and windshield wiper replacement. When I picked up my vehicle, I discovered that my windshield had been cracked. The crack was not there when I brought my vehicle in. I immediately contacted the dealership, and I was told that they needed to review their cameras to determine whether the damage was already there before I arrived. I know for a fact that it was not. I went back to the dealership the following day at 12:00 PM, as I had discussed with my service advisor. I ended up sitting in the lobby for two hours because I was told the service manager, Brandon Burris, was at lunch. Despite the fact that I had already communicated that I would be there at noon, no one seemed prepared to address the situation. Eventually, we had to go looking for him ourselves and found him in his office. When he finally spoke with us, I found his response to be extremely disappointing. There was no apology, no real sympathy, and no sense that he understood the inconvenience this situation had caused me. He also didn't explain how it happened or why I waited 2hrs in their lobby just for them to tell me they can't do it today. Instead, I felt like I was being rushed out of the dealership. I was told that I would need to bring my vehicle back on a Tuesday or Thursday, because that is when the glass technicians come. I explained that I work and that those days did not work with my schedule. I then asked whether a rental vehicle could be provided so I could continue handling my responsibilities while my vehicle was being repaired. I was told no, and I was told that the windshield crack was not considered a safety hazard -- despite the fact that the crack continues to spread. What makes this even more frustrating is that I now have to make additional trips to the dealership to correct a problem that did not exist when I brought my vehicle in for service in the first place. The technician, Kevin Maxwell, failed to report the incident to his manager. That means I had to be the one to discover the damage and bring it to their attention. Whether it was an oversight or something else, from a customer's perspective, that is extremely concerning. To make matters worse, I still had to pay for the services performed, and I have not received any restitution for the damage or the additional time and inconvenience this situation has caused me. The most disappointing part has been the lack of empathy and accountability throughout this entire experience. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a business handles them. I expected North Freeway Hyundai to acknowledge the situation, take responsibility, and make the process of getting it resolved as easy as possible. Instead, I felt like I was being treated as though I was the inconvenience. I came in for routine maintenance and left with a damaged windshield, additional trips to the dealership, more time taken away from work and my personal responsibilities, and a customer-service experience that made the situation even worse. If you value your time and expect your vehicle to be handled with care, I would strongly recommend doing your research before choosing North Freeway Hyundai for service. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not return for service based on how this situation was handled.

As someone who has worked in sales before, that is not what I would expect from someone trying to earn a customer's business. After completing the paperwork, we took the car home and thought everything was finished. A few days later, while both my boyfriend and I were at work, we started receiving nonstop calls from Omar and Muhammad. When I finally had a chance to answer, Omar told me, "If you and your boyfriend don't sign this right now, we're going to repossess the car."I was extremely confused. We were in the process of adding me as a co-signer, and as a 19-year-old first-time buyer, I had never gone through this process before and didn't fully understand what was happening. I told them I could sign immediately, but my boyfriend was eight hours away at work and could not.I was then told that if he did not sign within an hour, they would repossess the vehicle. Rather than calmly explaining the situation or working with us, we were met with threats and pressure. It felt as though Omar and Muhammad were more concerned about covering themselves and avoiding trouble than helping their customers. We worked very hard for this vehicle, and being threatened with repossession over paperwork that we were actively trying to complete was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. First-time buyers should be treated with patience and respect, not intimidation. If you're a first time buyer i suggest not going here!

On top of that, the car was never detailed before it was shipped -- the interior was dirty, and the engine bay was filled with leaves and debris, which is shocking for a vehicle with only 38,000 miles. The doors had glue all over them as someone had taken them apart and tried to put them together. None of this was mentioned beforehand and the list can go on! I contacted Angello immediately to address these issues, but after multiple attempts, I've received no response except "I will forward your message to the director" I got a loan for the can and cannot register it in California because Uptown imports did not send the pink slip to the DMV or to the bank (as they are supposed to) Eventually they ended up sending it to me!
