Our first impression was that it is a very popular place to eat as the parking lot was full. Upon walking to the restaurant we noticed that the front of the place needs its doors throughly cleaned. Costumers wait to be seated on one side of the lobby and service is paid on the other. We were promptly sat on the side of the main room towards the back and our waitress was ready to take our order. The was a large party of customers seated in the center of the main room which took most of the space. The menus were clean and easy to read. We ordered drinks and a few minutes later our food. Hubby had a cheeseburger with a baked sweet potato and half sweet and half unsweetened tea drink, and I had a BLT sandwich with a baked potato and a Diet Coke. The food came at the time our bellies were growling and our waitress asked hubby if he wanted butter for his baked sweet potato; he said, "yes" and she brought a small cup of it. We ate all our food as it was perfectly cooked and delicious. At the end of our meal, hubby asked our waitress if she had brought butter or margarine for his potato and she said it was margarine. We were a bit disappointed because of this; if you advertise "butter" as an available option, please, don't give the costumers "margarine". Honesty is the best policy. Despite this issue, we highly recommend this local restaurant in Marianna FL!

The waiters were all young men who were dressed in similar clothes resembling a uniform. They were polite and diligent. They have small sushi bar where they make their wonderful rolls. Their menu is large and they offer a variety of dishes from appetizers to bowls, dishes and sushi. Our waiter offered advice on what vegetarian sushi rolls were better and what their ingredients were. We ordered the orange chicken with fried rice and a dish of beef and broccoli with fried rice. We also ordered a hot green tea and sweet tea. The sushi roll was beautifully presented in a ceramic and decorated dish with small bowl for the soy sauce. We asked for chop sticks, which our waiter promptly pulled out of his apron's pocket. The table was clean and set with a fork and spoon, and condiments. The green tea was also presented in a clean, ceramic white teapot with a ceramic cup. Our food came out shortly after presented in delicate cream colored ceramic dishes, which enhanced the food colors and overall presentation. The food was delicious and the portions generous. This place stands out and differs from the traditional Chinese restaurants where they serve a large tray of the main dish and a bowl of rice.
