She did not even understand the names of my child's medications, repeatedly talked over me, and ignored what I was trying to explain as the patient's parent. She said, "sorry, we can't touch you, we don't do ANY workers comp because they won't pay us...and quickly ushered us out. Then we came to CONCUR urgent care and EVERYTHING was different. From the intake nurses/receptionist's pleasant attitudes to the cleanliness and feel of the office. Then..Dr. Bin showed up. I can't say enough about how positive yet direct, empathetic and compassionate. She gave us a TON of information. Did the x-rays RIGHT THEN AND THERE aaaaaand recommended an MRI! 10 out of 10.
