Terrible! This used to be my favorite place to come for years when it was 16 street auto body, Clark and Josh were great! I've brought multiple vehicles there for years and always referred all my friends. Unfortunately it's been sold to corporate America and customer service is nonexistent. Needed to get a seat belt replaced in my old Toyota and called, they refused to quote over the phone and said I must bring it in, never said anything about an appointment. Finally got a day off during the week because they don't cater to any of the working class with a Monday through Friday job only to be told I need to make an appointment. No thank you, I'll take my business elsewhere and support local where they still care about customer service. read more

Shawn and his team were great! My car was in a minor accident and they got me an appointment within 3 hours. The car rental was already there and Shawn assessed my car's damages within half an hour and gave me an estimate. He also told me my car would be done my Wednesday (accident was on Wednesday), but actually finished early on Tuesday! I was referred here by my insurance company. Everyone here is very friendly but I had communication issues. I was offered a completion and pick up date. At first, communication was fine via text but then it stopped. I waited 3 days for an update and the original delivery date had passed. I finally called and was told it would be ready by 3pm two days after the original delivery date. I even confirmed that day but I had to wait nearly an hour in their office for them to finish the job. Based on my experience with them and their lack of communication and general unprofessionalism, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend them. read more

I was distraught when I had to have my vehicle repaired due to someone rear-ended my GMC Yukon. Shawn, the Service Advisor @ Caliber Collision on 312 N. 12th St., Sacramento, was very attentive and knowledgeable about the condition of my vehicle. He assured me that my truck was in good hands, and he explained how they would assess my vehicle and make a recommendation based on the results of the assessment. Once this was completed, he took the time to show me all of the areas on my vehicle that warranted repair and asked if I had any questions, of which I had a few and he answered them without hesitation. He provided me with an estimate of the timeline which was @ five days. I thought, that sounds great, but from the looks of my vehicle, I'm pretty sure it's going to take longer. Shawn assured me that my truck would look as if it were a new vehicle. Five days later, I received a call from Shawn and he said, " I want you to give us a callback and make an appointment... to drop off your rental and pick up your beautiful Yukon". I couldn't believe it! And, I couldn't wait to see my truck! Let me tell you, the repairman who did the work on my truck was John. And boy, he did not disappoint! I felt like I was picking up a new vehicle! Not only was my truck restored, it was so clean and shiny. No one would have known that the back of that truck was looking like doom and gloom less than a week ago. The level of customer service and skill that Caliber Collision provided through both Shawn and John, set a high bar. I was even impressed by the fact that I could drop my rental car off there and they would arrange for Enterprise to pick it up. That's top-notch Customer Service right there. He even showed me how to use the remote start on my vehicle; I didn't even know it had one . Anyway, should anyone need their vehicle to be repaired, I would highly recommend Caliber Collision. An accident is never a good thing but a shop that can fix the car back to its original quality is a blessing. This shop, specifically Shawn, helped us out after getting into a minor accident. He was able to expedite our appointment so we can be out into our rental car. And then in less than 4 days, the car is fixed! Not only that, Shawn took the time out of his day to help us get the car since we were in a constricted time for the upcoming weekend.
