After sending online contacts through their website, calls, and text, then on 4/15/23, the text sent in past reads, "Again, I am chasing you for help on the floor installed." It goes on a bit more. Towards end reads, " I am surprised by the lack of time and attention and communication." He text, "I will talk to you on Monday afternoon." He didn't. He didn't any of the times I reached out.
