    Huge!!!!!

I have come in several times and never disappointed!!! Our shrimp and halibut were amazing. I asked the gentleman about his king crab " are your legs small and skinny" and he looked insulted and said " i would never sell skinny legs". Take a look at these!!! They were delicious with the biggest pieces of meat I've ever seen come out of crab legs. Highly recommend!!!!

I stumbled on this place in March 2012 shortly after doing an online search for a fish market, not expecting much. Then appears this glorious 5 star shop on Yelp. I immediately went in to investigate. When you walk in it feels like you might be doing something illegal or perhaps like you may have entered a medical dispensary. It is very clean to the point of being sterile, as in I would east sushi off the floor here without qualm. There is a huge dry erase board with what's available, fresh or frozen, country of origin and the price. You order through a little window, and thankfully they recently started taking cards. I pre ordered a live lobster, I was thrilled when I was able to use the lobster to prepare an item on my 30 before 30 list, making lobster rolls served on brioche bread all made from scratch. I cooked for an accomplished chef friend (I shook the whole time I was cooking) the main dish was baked salmon stuffed with crab and topped with hollandaise, it was a hit. Usually I just wander in to grab something to stir into risotto. I have heard that this shop is where many of the local restaurants will buy fish, it is also a popular spot among my foodie friends. Don't miss the focaccia bread, it is brought in a couple times a week. Trust me, this is a must visit.

A hidden gem located in Newberg off Main St tucked away behind a church in a back parking lot. Trust me this place is worth the drive for fresh seafood. The variety is wonderful and the service is uber friendly as well as super informative. They offer serving and cooking ideas while showing you the fish and weighing it right in front of you. It's best to come in earlier in the day before they sell out of certain items. Check in with Yelp and receive 10% off your bill. They have a nice selection of local wines, cheeses and meats. There have pesto and chimichurri along with a few other sauces to top your seafood dishes. A few co workers raved about this place so I have been in a few times now and I totally understand their hype and excitement. My husband is a seafood lover and it makes me happy to cook him such an enjoyable fresh meal. I look forward to visiting again soon in the near future.

    Thanks for the Ahi!

I love this place! Well worth the 45 minute drive. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The fish speaks for itself.

The clams I have gotten have always been extremely fresh and they have ice to keep the clams cold until one gets home. I have also gotten frozen shrimp and bay scallops, both of which have been excellent. The bay scallops, like the clams, are almost impossible to find in the PNW - but they have them and they are fresh. Also, a shout out to the employees - they are always very friendly. Note that they also run specials (I believe all the time) on about 3 items at a time. Last time I was in, they had four varieties of oysters at $1 per.
