There's either less than 10 plates on the belt or dozens, and if I sit there for an hour or so, not a single plate is inspected or removed allowing the sushi to become room temperature. With the mix of items available, at least 60-70% of the plates will be some weird fruit sushi or grapes. And if it's not something weird in the rolls like peanuts or fruit, it's filled with cream cheese. Today, the worst offense was how oily every plate was, the soy sauce tray bowls were greasy from not being cleaned properly and the salmon was oily from what I presume was unthawing. When I had touched the salmon, my fingers had a heavy slime on them and, while I chose to eat it, a fishy residue remained in my mouth and on my lips until I washed it off. With that, my stomach is almost always queasy after visiting. I know the prices are great, but this quality of sushi is bound to get someone sick and I would not recommend coming here at all.

At that point, the place pretty much emptied out--multiple groups finished and left, leaving just a handful of diners. We had been grabbing items off the conveyer, but there was a limited variety, so I placed an order of a single avocado roll on the ipad on our table, as instructed. It took about 15 minutes for anyone to even notice that there'd been an order. The sushi maker was in the back for a while, then he was sweeping up, then he was restocking some paper products. Several times, we were just at the point of leaving, which is what we probably should have done at the very start. Unimpressive sushi and dreadful service. We don't expect much in the way of service from conveyer belt sushi, but this place didn't come close to meeting our low bar.
