It was a total nightmare. It seems like they pay more attention to the more costly builds. Ours was around $450,000 and didn't seem like a priority project. So many things were done wrong on our home and was costly to fix once we fired them. I would be very cautious if you plan to hire them. They will show you their top quality work but you will not get the same quality build. They tell you what you want to hear. So many excuses..

Paid for a hot water heater install and never got hot water. First tankless water heater didn't…read morework properly. While shampooing a client the water would get hot, then all of a sudden cold, then warm then hot. I told them of the problem and they removed the water heater and connected to building boiler room. They explained to me that it would take a little longer to get hot water because the boiler room was so far from my space but he said it should only take 10 to 15 min tops. I went to the salon to run the water on another day (not currently working out of the space) and I ran it for 45 min and still no hot water. I called them and told them and was told my only option was to get another heater water. I had a water heater that was working fine at my last salon that they said wouldn't work because it had rust. They removed it for me. When we were trying to figure out what size I needed (several weeks later) he said I'll check the old one when I make it back. When he got back to his shop he said it was already disposed of so I couldn't use that one and would have to buy a new one. At this point I still hadn't received a refund for the one that was removed. After several more weeks, I finally got a response stating they had already mailed my refund. I explained that I had never received it. They never confirmed with me who to make the check out to or what mailing address to send to. They sent it to the salon (not my mailing address) and it was made out to the wrong name. They are canceling the check and resending but charging me $35 to cancel and resend. Why should I have to pay that fee??? If they would have simply informed me that they were about to process the refund and asked where do I want to mail it to none of this would be an issue. Terrible customer service and I still don't have proper running water. I've paid them (as I was only refunded the cost of the water heater) and still have to find another plumber that can complete the work. Smh...
