Well, it would be nice if LA Fitness could put up a sign encouraging members to stand up and move away at the end of their set, and share their equipment with other members. LA Fitness could even provide little chairs or small benches, for the smart-phone addicts to sit on between sets. As for me, I like to quickly do my set, and then move on to the next machine---combining resistance training with cardio training. My approach is designed for overall health! The strategies in this book made it simple to understand what to eat, when to eat, and how to recover the right way. The section on mental training was also eye-opening.
