HONEST REVIEW. UPDATED*** I came here to get my Corolla tinted, all 5 windows to be exact. I was getting it tinted and the first time come around was a really good job. I didn't notice much on the bubbles at first and he offered life time warrant! Which is AWESOME! Just to know if my tint ever peels, COVERED. If my tint ever turns nasty, COVERED. If my tint ever got any bubbles, my butt is COVERED. So I noticed I got a couple dirt specks in my rear glass window and so I mentioned it to him and he inspected it and said yes he will fix it so that is cool. I was kinda of irritated at the time being because I didn't know how tints really work or how easy it is for static to occur. He fixed it but the only issue I came across was that he told me to wash my car and so I did but he then told me I should've gotten my car detailed PLUS a car wash and so I got a bit irritated as he didn't tell me to get a detail. As much as it was just miscommunication and that's all it is, I am fine with what I got. Could it be better? Maybe. Should I complain about it? NO, I seen tints ALOT WORSE in the streets and this man not only does tints but offers customer service. Don't expect 100% bubble free tint (the bubbles / specks of dirt I had were very minor and barley noticeable unless you are looking for them) from anywhere or anyone honestly. Just expect 100% honesty when it comes to get your window tints and that's what you will get from this place. read more

if I could give a 0 i would! I came to get my front breaks and Rotors changed and they did the back! When I told them that was wrong all they could say is "come back monday" I told them I can't I needed it done today because this is my free day. How can you get mad at the customer for something that is your fault. Even the paper that was filled out before doing the work said front. Then they kept trying to have me just pay to keep the back ones on so they wouldn't have to take them off. Now I'm not even 100% sure they put my old ones back on or not. Didn't tighten the oil cap on my wife's vehicle after changing the oil. Luckily it was noticed in time. Tightened it, cleaned it up as it was leaking and took it somewhere else to be evaluated. She then took it back to the shop afterwards to let them know what had happened. All they did was look at the vehicle (which had already been taken care of) and said they'd talk to the employee who worked on it. Have had this happen at another shop in the past and it ended in the engine being blown, That shop taking zero liability and having to buy a new car 100% out of pocket. Not going to let that happen again. We will not be returning and I would recommend looking elsewhere to service your vehicles because this place is careless and customer service is clearly lacking as well... read more

Took my car for an insurance repair and they did a horrible job. Took my car back so he could fix it right and Jose said he would but he didn't. Not only did they not do what the insurance paid them to do they refused to repair it correctly after being paid by the insurance. Now I have ti sue them read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars, but you have to give it a rating on here so it gets one star. Don't go here unless you want to be ripped off!!!!! These guys don't know how to do simple repairs! And they don't have set prices and make up prices that are too high in their heads! Ridiculous and unprofessional. Don't trust this place! I went in because my car wouldn't start. They did something half-assed to the car battery. I'm sure I needed a new battery then, but they didn't know how to diagnose it. Within a week or two, my car battery was dead and I got a new battery somewhere else. I also took it in for flat tire repairs from the chrome rims that melted. I asked the worker before I left if they have any guarantees, and he said no. Within another week, one of the same tires was flat because they didn't clean the chrome off correctly! I wasted a lot of money here. This place is awful, and I'll never go back there for anything. read more

DON'T GO HERE! Took my Vehicle here as the "Check Engine" light was on. Gave them my warranty to see if work was covered. Was informed it wasn't and they would work up a price for me. Never called me. Wouldn't answer the phone. Next thing I know my vehicle is at another location being assessed. WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Suddenly 4 codes are thrown out of my on board computer. Again...I had to physically go to the shop since no one would call me or answer their phone. THEN was told the part that needed replacing would most likely take care of the other three codes AND was covered under my warranty. I bring my warranty back in so they clear everything with my warranty company. Again...I get no call that everything is good to go so I call the shop. Miraculously they answer and tell me work has been done at the other location (without any authorization) and it would be better to just deal with the other business directly. WHO DOES THIS? Information like this would be helpful WHEN I WALK IN THE DOOR NOT 3 DAYS LATER!!! Upon talking to my NEW shop they inform me that they put a used part in and the check engine light went off...$375.00!!!! WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. AT this point I just want my vehicle and "barter" this joker down to $250 with no warranty. As expected...1 minute off his lot and "Check Engine" comes on! In conclusion the mechanic at Northwest is a liar. Won't answer or return calls or keep customers informed of what is going on much less tell them he has no knowledge in certain fields. THANK GOD I went to the other business or this guy probably would've charged me double. You need a used tire? That's fine. But anything else I'd suggest going somewhere else.
