I had 4 power steering pumps put in before they got it right and that was after they had to replace the head they cracked while using the wrong size bit to drill out a snapped bolt. Guess who had to pay because they claimed it wasn't their fault. $1500. for a head. Plan and simple it's been nothing but problems. Trying to talk to their district manager because my timing is slipping again, it's eating oil left and right, and I was told I've been nothing but a problem and I should take it elsewhere for a second opinion because it's not their problem. So on a scale of 1-10 I'd give this facility a -10.

He does my husband's oil changes as well. We recently had a different issue going on with his car. He had to leave it to have them check it but that's not abnormal. They fixed it up and everything is going great. On the sticker they put in your car they don't put the milage you need to have it changed, they put the milage from the date of the oil change. Do the math no problem, I like seeing the milage from when I brought it in. I've had Hyundai Elantras since 2013 and they never had an issue changing my oil. The value is fine, prices are decent, it's not jiffy lube. I would rather use a local business. I'm not sure how one reviewer thought they could get an oil change AND tire rotation for 30.00 Tire rotation can run by itself anywhere from 20-50 sometimes more depending on the car. Make a better choice. If you buy your tires from a tire place typically they will just do your rotation for free.

I called for a quote on engine repair for my 2011 Jeep Cherokee and was later quoted $13,000.00 to replace the engine. The engine itself only cost $2,500-$3000, so this company was attempting to charge me $10,000+ in labor and taxes. I have the estimate as proof! I am very well educated in automotive repair and it does not cost $13k to replace an engine on a vehicle with a 3.6 engine. The normal price range is $4k-$5500. I'm not sure if this was racially motivated but I will never visit this company or refer anyone to this company! Sheisters!!! And judging by the previous comments and complaints about being overcharged, this is normal practice.

I pondered about do I want to do this my self? Or go somewhere that will treat me with respect, tariffs or no tariffs. I stopped in at Mufflers 4 Less explaining what work that I believed that I needed, I had already went to Auto Zone and purchased the parts and asked for a quote. They examined the vehicle and quoted me 200.00 bucks for labor. They told me it was kind of busy and it would take about an 90 minutes I told them, have at it. I called my wife, she picked me up, they called me 1 hour later said that they were finished and didn't have to use all of the parts that Moe Manny and Joe said that I needed. With that being said I told them to also fix a exhaust leak that I had on the vehicle, I used the money that I had saved on taking the unused parts back to pay for that work that I needed. I am now a happy camper. The brakes don't squeal and the exhaust doesn't howl anymore on my 16 year old Toyota 5 speed. Low and slow is the way to go.

The owner of this establishment is ripping people off. I would not recommend this business. The owner is very shady, can't be trusted. Plus they stole a pack of disinfectant wipes from my car. If steal wipes, please do not leave anything of value in your car.
