I told them the drawings were accurate and any measurements they pulled from them would be completely accurate. Spent the next 2 weeks having to call and ask what the status was, only for them to say they needed more info. I basically had to hold their hand the entire time and measure everything. I even offered to leave a sample bracket which they declined.... In the end, I got an est for $400+ DOLLARS. The comparative big-box bracket were $6.
