A while ago, Brandon from Alpine, fencing, (now doing business, as Rare Bears fencing.). Called me and left a voicemail, apologizing for my experience and wanting to make it right. To be honest, I was kind of over it, and did not call him back. Lo and behold today Brandon shows up at my door in person to apologize again! He asked to look at the plants that were destroyed, and with in about an hour he was back at my house with a gift card from Flower World! This is the kind of customer service that has gone by the wayside! Brandon is doing everything in his power to bring back the good old days of making sure the customer is happy and satisfied! While he realized he couldn't undo what had happened, He did everything in his power to try and make it right. Brandon Saville, I appreciate you and Rare Bears is lucky to have you on their team! We got about 3 bids, and Mr Holmans was a bit higher. The results speak for themselves, the difference was worth it. Take a look at the pictures of other fences the company has built and you will see that this is quality workmanship. When he looked at the old gate he pointed out a big construction error concerning how the big gate was originally hung and why it was starting to lean. As soon as he pointed that out we knew this was the company to hire. Mr Holman knows how to build fences.
