Again, any time she spoke, it was like she was rolling her eyes and irritated she had to talk at all. She was so short with me, angry that I even came in, and an excellent example of poor customer service. As we were inside, she walked outside, hassled my husband about where he parked and asked him impolitely to move because he was holding up other cars...which he wasn't... So when I came out and told him that the lady was rude to us, he believed it because he had a similar interaction with her. I get it, during the age of Covid, places want to be selective and not just have a restroom that's a free for all...but seriously, she put such a bad taste in my mouth. Not to mention, as I was leaving, I heard her giving another customer some serious attitude over directions or something...just plain odd. Plain and simple, go ahead and enforce your rules, I believe in following rules, but it's not hard to be kind.
