I've called, emailed and driven to the location. No one ever answers the door, the phone or my emails. I've been going here a little after covid started and I really dislike the manager. He talks to everyone very friendly but when he talks to me, he has this condescending tone as if he's talking down to me. I don't know what I did to him, but for real relax. I opened the door for a man cause he pointed toward the manager. So I opened it for him. I know I'm not suppose to open it but the man kept asking for the manager. Afterwards the man left he gave me that attitude. This isn't the only Time I've encountered his condescending tone. One time I was on my last machine. I was in for two hours so I was trying to breathe so I got on my phone. Take note, that there were others just like me also there were hardly anyone present and he told me " this is a place to workout and not be on your phone" I'm like first of all literally everyone is on their phone here like for real? I've been here for a long time and you're gonna give me that talk? If anything it would all be fine if he just spoke to me in a more humane manner. Like his problem is the delivery of taking action. Lastly, this is one of the most dirtiest gyms I've been to. Every time I'm in the mirror room the floors are always sticky and dirty. Even the restrooms are nasty. Especially during covid times I hardly see anyone wipe their machines. It's not enforced at all. One time I saw a man licked his fingers and used weights after. I was literally confused. I went shopping at Costco and used the Anytime Fitness off of Business Center Drive. WOW what a clean, fresh and actually no drywall wet or leaking showers that smell of mold and mildew. I WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. I WILL BE USING THE BUSINESS CENTER DRIVE ANYTIME FITNESS LOCATION. IF YOU GO AND COMPARE GYMS THEY ARE NOT EVEN IN THE SAME. One gym has been well cared for while this one needs an entire makeover. If it wasn't for Jr this gym would not have the great members. I can't truly say that there's only 4-5 guys with HUGE EGOS. The rest of the people feel like family in a nice way. For the friends I've met our membership was worth it. I have a better gym than this gym, without the smell of wet musty leaking showers. . I just don't get human interaction unless it's from my 2 hour infusion cancer center weekly appointments for the last 11 years. The gym itself is ok. But I've got complaints from people lately? I was cussing and than singing too loud? Battling for my life for 11 years I loved the thought of going to a gym when I was able ? I'm a grown man who's been to a lot of gyms to health clubs to fitness centers. I used to be a meathead in the gym almost 40 years ago (blessed to look better than most healthy 25 year olds) if you sing loud and or use a four letter word after an intense set you will hear about it (the owner told me today 5/10/23 ) I sing too loud with headphones on or off ( I had a stroke and lost my left eyesight and right ears hearing 5 years ago on my 50th Birthday) so I have trouble hearing my own voice. There are ZERO signs that say please do not use bad language NOR is there a sign about singing to loud? I do have a horrible voice. But this is a gym do YOU in order to get 100% maximum effect while you are training? So if a gym that had 6 members at the time of said singing so I apologized to any member within 50 feet. Nobody complained as they said they didn't hear me as they too focused and blocked the world out while training. One member said if I'm here training while you're here "GO AHEAD AND SING AS LOAD AS YOU WANT" So be careful when picking gyms. I Loved this gym at first. Now there are way to many people. If you come after 5pm expect extra time or challenge yourself and do exercise's you've not tried before? So members come only to use restrooms later at night. Husband and wife one in each restroom for 1 hour. They flood out the restroom as it's traveling through the carpet squares in the gym area was now wet. The shower's leaks and I've slipped on the wet carpet with NO sign stating it's WET just slipped pretty hard on carpet to bathroom door way. I see a few members come in to just shower for 30-45 minutes but they never train here. Then you got dumbbells I think anything that's heavier than 50 pounds dumbbells are beat up and the one 60 pound dumbbell weighs 2 pounds different than the other 60 pound dumbbell. If you are lucky enough to come before 3pm you miss breathing in all the wet moist air. At night it's so stuffy. I don't want to nitpick it but come for a week at the time you would be actually going once fully committed. I do not need this gym. PLEASE IGNORE MY PREVIOUS REVIEW!!!!! This place accepts so many insurances and when I called to come in, JR, answered the phone, told me to come in to get signed up, it was fast and easy! It is hard to believe that there are members that review this gym positively; much less choose to go to this location. I went to this location for the first time today for a change of pace, and because it is close to my office. From the moment I walked into the gym, I was highly disappointed. It may have something to do with having to sift through the high homeless population in this shopping center. The gym was highly unorganized, dirty and very unsanitary. The flooring was in bad shape, and the equipment looked poorly maintained. This was all based on my walk through the gym, on my way to the bathroom to change. The condition of the bathroom was where I drew the line. It was...well...disgusting! I avoid being this negative, but the condition of the bathroom clearly shows the gym leadership flat out doesn't care about their members. I turned around and left and went back to my home gym. I'm a member of this gym once more! I'm never turning back. This place is great. Where I think this facility shines is the fact that it's a great environment for everyone - whether you're an experienced lifter or just someone who's just starting their fitness journey. This gym is great for absolutely anybody. No need to worry about meatheads staring at you while you work out. No need to worry about people putting weights in the wrong place and having to go on a treasure hunt to find them. Everyone here seems to be courteous and reracks their weight! The amount of equipment here is great - this gym pretty much has everything you might need. Cable machines, Rogue Ohio barbells, Rogue plyo boxes, 'sliders', various cable attachments, abdominal mats... the list goes on and on. Sohail is a great guy who's very sociable. I can recall when I first signed up, he never pressured my girlfriend and I with pushy sales pitches. He simply showed us the gym and answered any questions we had. When prompted to sign up, he explained everything in detail and helped us understand everything! I've never had a billing issue here nor have I had any complaints in general. I'm usually very picky about gyms I would like to go to, but this is definitely the one for me - and I definitely think this could be the gym for anyone reading! read more

I have been a member of Anytime Fitness on West Texas for nearly a year. The owner is very friendly and goes to great lengths to be accommodating and make his members happy. The gym has all the equipment essentials. One of the main reasons I chose Anytime is because I can come at 5pm on a weekday and NOT have to wait for racks, dumbbells, etc I appreciate the cleaning wipes vs the spray bottles many gyms offer. They're open 24/7 (obviously) which is great because I primarily work out at night after work. I personally like the idea of a smaller more intimate gym. They have a member limit so they have control over the capacity. It being smaller gym at first I thought there would be waiting time for bench press and other equipment like there always is at other gyms. Nope. I literally have never waited to use a piece of equipment. I don't think there has been a time where there had been more than 10 people in the gym with me. Which I'm not sure about you guys but I prefer it that way. Anyways, great gym, great equipment selection and it's in a super convenient location next to a Food Maxx, I couldn't tell you how many times I was out of milk and grabbed some on my way home real quick for my protein shakes. At first it was a good gym that had lots of potential, but after a year, you notice all the disappointing things about it and how they've never improved. For the whole year I was a member, none of the yoga matts were changed and you can see dead skin particles on the matt. There's also no additional area to hang used yoga matts so everyone places the used ones on top of the unused ones and basically everyone is using the same dirty matt. I have seen multiple cockroaches in the gym multiple times and dont even get me started with the bathrooms. All bathrooms have a shower area and none of the shower curtains have ever been changed. Toilet bowls are always dirty. They only have 1 stairmaster which is already a bummer, but it has either been broken, under repair, or waiting for parts for the past 2 months. There are also cracks in the walls and ceilings. This is overall the worst and most unsanitary gym I've ever been to. I don't know why, but I feel like no one is cleaning this gym or no one is hired to clean it at all, if there is someone, well that someone is not doing a good job at all. read more

I've been a member of the Anytime Fitness brand for 3 years; I've worked out at many of them, and this is one of the best ones. I decided to hit the gym in order to let freeway traffic clear. I walked in and was immediately impressed. This spot is about the same size of most Anytimes, but this one has TWO squat racks and plenty of free weights for both. There are at least 10 pieces of cardio equipment, Smith Machine, dumbbells, cable towers, med balls, kettlebells, and a separate yoga room. The bathroom/showers are clean. And my favorite thing: ALL OF THE WEIGHTS WERE RACKED. The collars easy to find, and cable attachments neatly organized. Well done Anytime Fairfield. read more
