I can not imagine how painful they are to deal with if they are not expecting a $20,000+ check from you. I needed a complete HVAC replacement so major payday for them. I just needed someone to give me a recommendation and an estate. Set an appointment for noon the next day. On the day of they called told me it was going to be more like 12:30. Then around 12:30 they called and said it would be 1:30. As it got close to 1:30 they called and asked for 2:00. I told them 2:00 was as late as I could wait. At 2:00 they called and told me he was on his way and would be there in 15. Now I am going to be late for my other commitments. At 2:15 the guy calls and tells me he is only NOW leaving and it will be 40 min. To their credit they were VERY polite and, unlike a lot of places, were appropriately embarrassed and apologetic for the mistakes. So I was impressed there, but when you just keep making mistakes and fail to make good on every commitment there is really no option so canceled and called another company.

Pleased to write an update after having Town & Country out again for some a check up on the A/C…read more You can schedule online, and in this case they were booked up several weeks for routine check-ins, but fortunately we weren't having any issues with the unit so it was fine to wait. I ended up calling and they were very friendly. It's a four hour wait and they'll text with a GPS enabled link to track them. We had a tech named Joel come out and he was highly professional, and really did a great job. He ran all the diagnostics, wasn't pushy about anything but did let me know about some available offers, and found our A/C capacitor was basically on it's last gasps. He even showed me the diagnostic report which helped me to realize that, yeah, we gotta fix this. My A/C unit also has this high pitched whine to it, just always has.. but Joel tightened a few extra bolts and got the noise to die down which was a huge win. I love sitting on my porch and that noise has been slowly eroding my sanity. He also cleaned the ever living hell out of my coils. I mean, he took everything about, took his time, used a cleanser, and they came out looking brand new. Between that, the filter, the new capacitor, we should have an efficient and fully operating A/C as we head into the hottest time of the year. My last review I said I think I've found my go-to for HVAC stuff, as they seemed professional and a step up from some others I've had out over the years. After a few visits I can definitely say they'll be my first. Go with the local guys and try them out for yourself.

I had service done on our old A/C and the service was great. I had some issues with the A/C, but…read moreafter the service techs worked on it, it was fixed and the problems were resolved. I figured it needed to be replaced, but the tech did some maintenance to it and fixed it. I asked how much it would cost to replace it and he said it depends on many different factors of what you want and need but right now it's running good now. So, why replace it if it's running well? I agreed. When the A/C does go out, I'll get hold of United and have them come out and give me a bid for a new one along with a couple other companies. I was told United offered financing too which was nice to know. I have recommended United before and will continue to because the job got done quickly and professionally and done right the first time and that old A/C is still running well.

We have been a Patriot HVAC customer since we purchased an entire Rheem HVAC system for our home on…read more29 April 2014. We have had super equipment reliability across twelve (12) years. On 12 January 2026, we noticed the house was cold when we woke up. After looking at our thermostat, I tried to change the batteries to see if it fixed the problem which it did not. We called Patriot at 10:06 am, explained our problem, and got on their list to send out a technician. Mike arrived at 11:00 am to check out system to determine the problem. I explained what we experienced with our heating system that morning and then he began his trouble shooting. After checking the furnace fault codes and operation, Mike came upstairs to look at the thermostat. He stated he needed to hardwire the thermostat to the system which he did in a few minutes. When the furnace turned on, Mike went downstairs to monitor fault codes on the furnace. He stated the codes cleared and that is all we needed for the fix. Our heating system has been working just fine since this repair. We always receive prompt service response from Patriot as well as service we trust when Mike has performed work in our home. We highly recommend Patriot HVAC.
