I was in Texas for a conference, found this spot on Yelp, and a smile hit my face when I realized a former gas station was now transformed into a coffee shop. Such a cool and unique idea. If you look at my pictures, it's obvious what it used to be, but the creativity to turn it into what it is now is awesome. We had a group of six guys walk in and all of us got our drinks within 10 minutes. Both Barista's behind the front counter were friendly and answered all of our questions being that we were from out of town and visiting for the first time. I was excited to see a few gluten and dairy free options when it came to the food, but now let's about the coffee. The only reason I gave this four stars instead of five is not because of anything they did, but just the quality of the oat milk I prefer. That said, it would not be a place. I would avoid coming back to as I thought the overall experience was a good one. Such a unique coffee spot. Good job guys!

The empanadas are my go to, generous filling with a crispy crust. The butter chicken is my fave! Indoor & outdoor seating is available with spacious tables. This cafe also hosts community events at night! They have a silent book club each month and recently seem to have added art classes. Plus, they have board games available all through the day. I ended up ordering a blended passion fruit lemonade - it was extremely sweet for me so I had to get home and cut it with some unsweetened tea.
