This review is for the WINGS only. I have never had the other items but their menu is extensive. The wings are somewhat overcooked and meatless. Most of them are tough skin right to the bone with very little meat. Add the over cooked problem and you get not so great wings. I would rather pay a couple dollars more and get meatier wings than these. The sauce, garlic butter, was good, but because of the above comments, I won't be back. read more

I could go on for days so I will try and keep it short and to the point! The wings are perfection! I've tried lots! Some of my faves being the BBQ honey, teriyaki, bourbon, garlic parm and ranch style! Seriously amazing. Perfect texture with a crispy outside, juicy inside and enough sauce. I also must say that their cheesesteaks are delicious!!! So full of meat and cheese! Lastly, if you're trying to eat right the salads there will easily make two+ meals in a single order. I've ordered here 1000 times. Tonight I had a bad experience. My wings were in a container of OIL! I've never called with a complaint and I'm not the type to leave reviews, but when I tried returning my wings, the lady refused to make a new order or refund my money! She was so rude and kept making lies up. She tried telling me that's their sauce, even though she acknowledged that she's seen me before. Then she said it was butter or maybe the heat separated it. When I asked for new wings she said she would just end up taking my wings in the back and get rid of the sauce. What a joke. My mom used a spoon and napkins to get rid of some of the oil. Even the grill cook walked to the counter and said it was bullshit, apologized and said I would have definitely helped you if I could. I guess the most popular spot in Delco doesn't care about 1 customer when they sell 1 million wings per weekend. All I have say, is be prepared to wait or be put on hold. They are always busy for s reason. The wings are no joke! And worth every bit of the wait. I have been a customer for last two years since I found out about them from a friend. Customer service is what it is, their employees take a lot of crap from impatient people, while work in sometime unbearably hot conditions. The food is worth the attitude, however they're always nice to me, and when we get delivery, the drivers are always spot on, food is always piping hot on arrival. And don't forget to try their cheese steaks. Best football food anywhere around! My only recommendation for future customers is this, if you're looking to host a football game on Sunday, order as early as possible or go in person, as you will most likely not get thru on the phone, they get so busy the shut the phones down. The best steak in Delco the wings are awesome fries are just right. My favorite is the chipotle cheese steak, they are always busy yet take care of you like your the only customer there. I have always had a great experience there even during our Eagles game they are there early so you don't have to miss a minute of the game. TERRIBLE customer service. While my husband was sitting on his phone at work, he must have somehow accidentally hit the 'reorder' button on Grubhub. When the delivery man came to my house I apologized and told him we did not order anything to my knowledge (husband clearly was not even home and it was under his name). Upon calling my husband, we discovered it had been placed by complete accident. I did not sign the credit card slip authorizing the charge and did not take the food as we wanted our money back instead. A couple days later, the charge is still on our account so it had not been refunded yet. My husband called and the woman refuses to refund our money. He told her he understands you have to make money but this was a complete accident and we didn't even authorize for them to take the money. She refused to help in any way. He told her if they weren't going to give us our money back, then we wanted the food that we paid for. She told him we already had our chance to take it but it was gone now. Really?! This place is not cheap and we just basically threw our money away to them with nothing to show for it. We have ordered from this place quite frequently before and she was so unwilling to help us in any way and did not care that this was going to cost her more money in the long run by losing a loyal customer. They used to deliver to my street, but when I called up today, they claimed that they do not delivery anywhere past Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital. My street is not past the hospital, but they won't deliver to me. I'm sure it's because I live in Darby, which is a twisted sort of discrimination. Do not say you deliver to a certain area, but then change the story just to keep from delivering to a certain area, or CLEARLY state that you do not deliver to anywhere in Darby. They have the worst service I have ever seen! I cancelled a large office order and will never order from here again. This is the third time we called and it seemed as though we were bothering them by placing an order. The other times we let it slide and ordered anyway. This time I cancelled the order, they did not care and hung up o me. Not just wings. Wings are the only thing that is good at this place. Their customer service may just be the absolute worst I have ever experienced from a delivery place. Tonight I order my daughter the same thing she has gotten once a week for the last month, a bbq chicken pita pizza. When it gets here, there isn't a single piece of chicken on it and it's covered in tomato and fried onions. When i call about it, I am placed on the phone with a manager who proceeded to yell at me, insisting that there is chicken on it that she made it herself and that the onions aren't onions, it's celery and that celery and tomatoes are how the thing is made. After I explain to her that if she put the chicken on it herself, it fell off somewhere between the store and my house, it wasnt celery it was onion i know the difference and my daughter is alergic to onion. I also explain to her that in the 4 previous pitas, none of them were had tomatoes and celery. I was told that they must have been made wrong then. My response was "all 4 of them?" She said yes and hung up on me. Needless to say, they lost a customer as I refuse to spend my money in a place only to have them mess up, then give me a hard time about it. Never again. read more

I've only had wings and cheeseteaks. The steaks are just ok, but the wings are overrated. They are overcooked making your jaws hurt when you chew them and, the wings themselves are not seasoned/brined, leaving the sauce to have to compensate for the lack of flavor. Just poor attitude and arrogant attitude. 1st time customer and tried to use a restaurant.com gift cert but was told that i couldn't for lunch combos. Had the employee ring everything up separate and ended up paying a fortune even with $10 cert. What a joke!! Ask when manager would be there to discuss and she (Mellissa) was the manager. The whole point of these certs to encourage new business, not kill it, as we will never be back again and we order take out quite often. The wings were OK, but the cheese steak was not so much, got the CH steak hoagie version and all the veggies were on bottom of extremely greasy steak, which turned them to mush. Nothing less and nothing more than great food. Cheesesteaks are packed with meat and they have what seems like an endless amount of sauces to choose from for their wings. I've been a few times and have yet to be disappointed. Wings are cooked exactly how I like them, not overly crispy. There was one sauce I didn't like(garlic parm), but I can't fault NJW for that. First time at this place. Ordered over the phone without issue. Went to pick up order and it was ready. Then I made a mistake by asking for ketchup! They said they were out of packets so I asked if they would put some on my fries. Didn't seem like too much to ask however I was told they'll do it just this once because when they're out they're out! WHAT??! When they took my order they didn't ask what I wanted on the fries nor did I say I wanted ketchup but what is the difference?
