The staff is remarkably nice considering sometimes, not always, questionable clientele, myself included. No matter who is working, they always greet everyone with a "welcome in". And then they follow up by being quite helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with each customer. The three staff members that I met all had a pretty good sense of humor. I bought 3 dvds for $10, and 2 of them were defective and were either replaced or refunded with no questions asked as long as I had a receipt and was within the return time frame. '24-21:00-I can't speak to the arcade experience because, after driving a half hour from Alameda Cal. when I arrived here on a Friday night at 9.pm the owners were getting ready to close the business for the night, even though their hours listed show they are supposed to be open till midnight. From the outside, I expected this place to be really dingey and gross inside. I was surprised when I walked through the doors and found it brightly lit by several rows of fluorescent lights. A little too brightly lit... The clerk behind the counter greeted me with a smile and a happy hello when I walked in. There were a couple other people in the store.
