Hi Bari, I appreciate your response, but several important…read morefacts need clarification: When we initially contacted you nearly two months ago our puppy was only 9 weeks old. We had specific training goals, and we wanted to start immediately to establish a strong foundation. She is now 17 weeks old and after our email to you on February 2nd we have attempted to contact you four separate times (via email, Yelp, NextDoor, and US mail) with no response until now. As I've explained, we've already established a relationship with another trainer and are happy with our progress. While I appreciated the introductory phone call explaining your philosophy and the emailed articles, these were preliminary to the actual training session we paid for. The $190 payment was specifically for the virtual training session with our 9-week-old puppy that never occurred. Had this been a misunderstanding, there have been multiple opportunities to clarify, including on February 3rd. When we set our appointment it was to accommodate your schedule, as you were not available till even later in the evening the day before. We had explained that we were flexible, but that scheduling a training session for our puppy late in the evening was not setting her up for success. If anything but a late evening training session was going to be problematic for your schedule this could have been communicated during the introductory call, rather than taking our payment and then not responding to our emails. At this point, we simply need you to process the $190 reimbursement without further delay. The payment was for a service that was not delivered, and we have made multiple respectful requests, including a certified letter with a March 21st deadline which has now passed without resolution. While we are preparing to proceed with the legal remedies outlined in that communication, we would still prefer to resolve this matter directly and promptly with a full refund of the $190 payment for the virtual training which was never delivered.

Our girl is lovely and adorable, but quite anxious and fearful and therefore on guard because of it. Implementing guidance from Bari has helped her so much, and our family as well. Most importantly we don't feel so overwhelmed by the situation, and now know that with help and guidance, there are solutions.

I felt secure and comfortable right away especially that Tequila needed extra care (she has a hip joint problem and suffers a lot whenever someone touches her). Tequila bounded quickly with Karen and when I san her licking her I felt confortable enough to leave. When I came back to pick her up (she was ready before the due time and they tried calling me but was driving and heading there anyway) I was surprisingly happy to see how cute my baby Tequila looked and how at ease she was (she usually get very scared in an environment she is not used to). The price is very reasonable knowing that my baby was very tangled and it includes everything from shampoo to nails to trimming to eyes cleaning.... all for 55$ I already booked Tequila's next appointment for shampoo as I am really bad at brushing her hair and it gets tangled , when she stars shaking I start shaking . I even got a collar as a present for a first visit. I highly recommend this place the girls are fun and surely love dogs (they both have dogs) and definitely know how to make our dogs pretty.

Jenna isn't just wonderfully skilled at her job, she is also a very kind and accommodating person…read more I refuse to have my pup be groomed by any mobile grooming van after the harrowing 3.5 hour experience he had last time. It was so bad that I bought shears myself and have been bathing and cutting his hair at home. I've been trying to get into Jenna's calendar for months now and am so glad I waited! She smoothed over all my rookie choppy hair cutting and made my li'l boy look ever so handsome again. And she did it in half the time the mobile van took! Totally worth the wait to get on to her calendar and so grateful to have found a master technician so close to our house!

Booking was simple and easy - I texted Jenna the current/old pics I had of my dog, mentioned the coat condition/length, age, and what kind of cut I wanted. I inquired about the price and availability and it was within my range and booked it for the next following week. I also sent her photos of "cute shih tzu teddy bear cut" of what I wanted, and she said she was able to do it. I drove all the way from San Jose to Palo Alto into her shop (located at a neighborhood house). I was able to drop my dog off a bit early and Jenna took him in. Meeting her in person was really nice and she was very friendly and sweet to my dog and I! Jenna let me know that my dog would be finished in 1.5-2 hours ish. When I picked up my dog, he was EXTRA CUTE and Jenna nailed the teddy bear cut artwork of what I was looking for!!! My dog was happy and my family is happy. I will totally go back to Jenna again for future cuts. Highly recommend & fyi she takes Venmo/check/cash.

Extremely unprofessional - harmed my dog and ghosted me…read more I had a standing grooming appointment with a groomer who moved to We Love Dogs. We loved our groomer, Montana and so we moved with her. I have no idea what happened internally but they wanted to drop us as a client (that is totally fair and I can understand when they have different priorities as a small business). One day, my invoice reflected a $200 increase with no prior notice. When I asked, I was told it was because my dog took too long to groom and they offered me a $50 reduction. I paid the invoice and booked the next appointment. At the next appointment, the groomer who has groomed my dog so wonderfully for the past 2 years said she was late for another appointment and gave me back my dog sopping wet on one side, with cotton still stuffed in her ears and FULLY MATTED because the shampoo hadn't been washed out. I had to dry her at home and found soap still on her face making her fur crisp to touch. When I reached out asking for someone to call me, my invoice was cancelled and I was essentially ghosted. I don't even know why the groomer messed up given that she was the one who had groomed my dog for the past 2 years every 2-4 weeks. I get that accidents happen but to leave a dog wet and soapy and then ghost the owner is extremely unprofessional. Not to mention, now my dog is half bald because the soap made the mats impossible to brush out and left her in so much pain that the vet recommended shaving as the most pain-free option for her.

It's unfortunate that the business has shut down and moved to Nevada. Best of luck to We Love Dogs…read more We've been clients for about 2 years, we've always been happy with their service and communication. Matt was primarily our groomer for the past year and has always done a great job. Dusty will need to find another groomer going forward in 2024.
