Rafael is the best groomer I have ever worked with and I highly recommend him. Keep in mind that I have worked with numerous mobile grooming organizations since I got my Chow Chow/Golden Retriever mix in 2014. Rocco is a rescue who had been abused, so putting him in a normal grooming situation with numerous other crying dogs in cages was never a long-term option. Long story short, I started working with Rafael in April 2022 and would follow him anywhere! Rocco is a difficult dog to even get into the truck, but he loves Rafael and once he's in the van, he's a pussycat! Rafael does a terrific bath and grooming job and clearly loves his work! Most importantly to me, he is excellent with a recalcitrant dog who loves to get his own way. I use Rafael's services monthly and he makes it easy to schedule visits and he comes to San Francisco as well.
