The restaurant itself was pretty empty, but all of the open tables were clean. I asked for two scoops of an espresso crunch ice cream flavor they had available and the portion size was fair for the price. The ice cream tasted fresh and creamy. They definitely had a good selection of flavors to choose from that were more traditional, some fruit flavors, chocolatey ones, and colorful ones for the kids. Most times now they don't pick up the phone, either too busy or the store never opens on time. The cleanliness has gone down a lot inside their store, as well as the hygiene of the employees. I was a regular there, and tried to continue even after new owners. I no longer go there. The food is no where near on point as it was with the previous owners. But honestly, this place is not anything like it use to be.

Does a chocolate cake ever taste bad? Read on. A colleagues 4 year old daughter began to cry after eating one bite of cake saying , " Daddy I will go to bed now . I don't want to eat this ". I offered the birthday girl to take home all the leftover cake and she said , " my kids would not eat this kind of cake." I have had the Amish pretzels , Whoopie pies , and fruit pies which have always been good. I researched the chocolate cake to find out why everyone said it was so bad. A few of the cakes ingredients being lard, molasses, and applesauce.... This cake was dense and gummy , did not taste like chocolate , and was extremely bland .
