We found out our baby's gender earlier than expected, and were on crunch time to order a cake for a gender reveal. When we stopped in, the owners greeted us like we were family and went above and beyond to accommodate us--they had our order ready by the next morning! My brother called in the gender, and the team made sure to keep it a surprise-- even making sure it didn't show up on the receipt! We went with the Strawberries & Cream and wow...it was delicious and clearly made with love. Everyone raved about it, and I'll be dreaming about that cake for years to come. I got bundt cakes to go, but the store was so clean and design well thought out that I would have even stayed! In addition the customer service was extremely conscientious about potential allergies, so they even offered to bag things individually. All of this happened before eating, and truly made me feel safe with their product. The gluten-free Lemon-Raspberry was more on the lemon side, which I loved and the sponge was soft as a cloud, so surprised it was gluten free. The strawberries & cream was my favorite, particularly because the cake sponge flavor mixed so well with their frosting. I will certainly be coming back! read more

Visited the store on a Wednesday evening and at this time I happened to be the only customer. I was greeted and helped right away. The store itself was spotless, bright, and had a great selection of mini bundt cake flavors to choose from. I ended up getting the promotional flavor and red velvet. Both of them tasted amazing! These were DELICIOUS. I can't say that I have ever been a big fan of bundt cakes, but my girlfriend wanted to try one. We walked in and were greeted friendly, almost instantly. The gal at the counter explained all of the sizes and prices very well. I had the snickerdoodle personal size one. She had the lemon. They were moist, flavorful, and awesome. NBC is a corporate chain franchised by local a local business woman. They have a standard selection of flavors and one that they rotate every month. I was sad to find out that corporate removed my favorite cake that had cinnamon pecan swirls from the standing cakes. The remaining cakes have similar flavor profiles and the same frosting. They are consistent and good, but just don't have the variety I would want and somehow all taste very similar. The only one that stabds out is the red velvet with choc chips. We did stop in to try this month's oreo option, but we had to wait until we got back home because they didn't have forks. read more

My first time having a bundtlet was on Easter of this year and I've had 9 bundtlets since lol I can't pick a fav but I've tried the white chocolate raspberry, the strawberries & cream, lemon, lemon blueberry, confetti, and OREO, maybe 2 or three times! I am SO excited that NBC has gotten closer to my location! I used to be NBC Bakery Manager at location in Thousand Oaks, CA. I LOVED working there! And the cakes are ALWAYS wonderful as well. On a recent trip to A2 my husband spotted the delivery van in the parking lot where we were having lunch! We quickly drove over and went inside. They were still preparing for their grand opening on SATURDAY FEB. 11TH! But, the girls were so welcoming still. The lady who helped us was so kind and offered us coupons for grand opening and BOGO coupons to use in the future. She was definitely SHARING THE JOY!
