I reserved Nothing Bunt Cake for my wedding in February of 2017. Upon the wedding day, they forgot about my event, and therefore forgot to deliver the cake. They are closed on Sundays, so we had no way of getting into contact with anyone from the store. Needless to say I was extremely upset! The next day, Monday, we called them up and spoke directly with the owner (James). We went into the conversation thinking we were going to hear a bunch of excuses, but boy were we wrong! Right off the bat, James was completely apologetic. He was kind, sincere, and took full responsibly. Since then he has gone above and beyond to rectify the situation, and we are completely satisfied with how he handled everything. I first tried their white chocolate raspberry cake at a work event and have been hooked on them ever since. The prices are pretty decent and can't really go wrong with any flavor cake you choose. The gluten free bundt cake is amazing. At first, I thought they messed up on the labeling because it had such perfect consistency. I have tried many horrible gluten-free treats, but the gf chocolate chip cake gives me hope! I wish they had more gf flavors, but I am so happy and satisfied with having this. Have been here a couple of times, the cakes are awesome and just the right size for a cake crave. Shop is really clean and staff for the most part is nice. My only turn-off was the Asian owner who is a bit of a cake nazi! Don't know any other way to describe her pushy and cold behavior towards some customers. I had never tried these little bundt cakes before! I have seen the cute little cakes from time to time but have never tasted one until now. There are a lot of great flavors to choose from, and if you go in-store, there are usually samples (and good sized samples at that!) The cake is very moist and the frosting is very creamy to compliment the cake well. I'm sure any flavor you get will be delicious. Every flavor I've tried is delicious! Cake is always moist and perfectly baked, cream cheese frosting (my fave) is wonderful as well. I mostly buy the cakes undecorated but have gotten a few decorated for birthdays, very cute. What i like is that they are never out of anything. For the 8" cakes I always just buy them on a walk in, they have several flavors already frosted and ready to go but if they don't they already have the other flavors baked you just need to wait about 15 minutes and they will happily frost it for you. This cake is like crack! So addictingggg, I almost wish I never tried it. It's perfectly baked & the icing is so goooood. This instantly became my biggest pregnancy craving! Marble is my favorite so far but I've also had red velvet & white chocolate rasberry, which were both amazing as well. The small, personal sized bundt cakes are the perfect size to share unless you're a heffa like me then GO 'HEAD ain't nobody judging you! But they're under $5 each & so worth it!! read more

Love this place. I work in a medical office and pharmaceutical reps bring us the mini bundt cakes sometimes. It took me awhile to find this place but it's across the street from the brea mall hidden behind tempo restaurant. They closed at 7 that day and I arrived around 5pm, the lady that worked there was really nice and said they had samples by the other door, it was a cinnamon swirl cake piece and it was yummy. The decor is really cute inside and its small. You can only order the mini bundt cake by the dozen. I only wanted one so I ordered the next size up. It was the lemon flavor and the frosting was cream cheese. I ate half because it is really sweet and ate the other half the next day. I will for sure be back and will order the dozen for a party because everyone needs to try it. read more

I have ordered from many different locations of Nothing Bundt Cakes for many years and I have always been happy with the process and the delicious cakes. This is the first time I have ordered from Brea, and while we have not eaten the cake yet, I have been disappointed with the order & pick up process. I paid extra for Extra Frosting, & I also ordered the plates, forks & napkins as well as candles. When I picked up my order, there was no extra frosting on the cake. The young man helping me was very courteous, and took the cake back to have more frosting added. After waiting about 10 minutes, he delivered the cake back to me with 2 extra "petals" of frosting. In my opinion, this seemed very stingy, but I didn't want to deal with questioning it. I also had to ask for my plates, napkins & forks package, as he did not see that on my order. This package was only $4.50, but the quality of the forks is very poor, so we will end up not using them. So my word of caution is make sure you check your order carefully, as it doesn't seem the employees are well-trained to do so. Fingers crossed the cake will be as delicious as always. read more

I've been to this location twice now, once to order a cake and another to pick up and I have to say the man that was there both times was so wonderful! Very cheerful and friendly. You can tell he is passionate about what he does. Nothing better then getting great customer service when you go somewhere. The bundt cake was amazingly delicious! Chocolate turtle flavor... So moist and fresh! Everyone enjoyed it and said how we would make this place a regular for us. I don't know if that's a good thing or bad thing LOL. I also got a couple of the little buntlet's so that we could try some of the different flavors. I have a feeling those are going to be just as good as the chocolate turtle. NBC never fails! I love these little bundts! I've always had the pleasure to enjoy them at parties but now I can have them anytime! These are worth the little drive I'd have to make to devour them. They have so many options I don't know where to start! At this visit I tried the featured flavor which was the Chocolate Turtle bundt. It had caramel and bits or pecan swirled through their chocolate cake and topped with a delicious frosting that I could eat alone. My niece chose the cinnamon bundt cake and I grabbed a carrot cake bundt for the road (trust me it didn't make the trip home). These are great for treats at home or for parties of any sort. I'm so glad they opened this branch in my neighborhood. Bundt cake is so moist and it just melt in your mouth. These things last up to 5 days in refrigerator or 3 days in room temperature. I've been here a few times since they opened, I picked up a dozen bundtinis for a party couple weeks ago and last weekend I was craving some bundt cake so I stopped by and got 3 bundtlets for myself. I ordered chocolate, marble and white chocolate raspberry. When I got home she mistakenly put red velvet instead of white chocolate raspberry in my bag. Dang I was so looking forward to white chocolate raspberry, probably would have given them a 5 star if they didn't screw up my order. A co-worker bought me a Raspberry cake from NBC for the first time this month and I just loved it. It was very moist and delicious and the packaging was very cute. I recommend this place. When I went there to pick up another cake this month it was absolutely cute inside and the server was friendly and helpful. I bought a Chocolate, chocolate chip cake and it was absolutely delicious for another co-worker at my job. I stuck with the standard bundtini assortment (chocolate, red velvet, lemon, and white chocolate raspberry) and it was the perfect mix. I decided to go buy a birthday cake for my little brother since he loved their bundtinis from my wedding. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the cashier failed to provide decent service. She was just plain awkward! I walked in and they offered to assist me right away (That's ok, but let me have a chance to look first). She was waiting for me and I felt rushed. I chose a cake quickly. (Why did I rush?! There was only one person behind me). So...I didn't know they decorated birthday cakes. I realized they did that when I came back to pick up my plain birthday cake, and finally got a chance to look around---and noticed the big poster menus with the different decoration options they have located on the the right side of the store. I wish the cashier would have mentioned they decorate birthday cakes. I bought number candles with the cake. But she barely spoke. I said thank you twice and no response from her.
