I'm not usually one for desserts, but after countless nagging from my man encouraging me to try these, I finally gave in. I'm honestly glad I did. This was my first visit and I opted for the dozen bundtinis, which are adorable mini muffin-like cakes topped with their signature frostings. With the variety of flavors to choose from, I loved their lemon and the seasonal lemon blueberry - so fresh, tangy and perfectly balanced. I also really enjoyed red velvet, chocolate chocolate chip, and Oreo which was quite rich without being overwhelming. The strawberries and cream was my least favorite, it was too sweet for my taste. I enjoyed how fluffy and moist these cakes tasted. They come chilled which I didn't mind at all but recommended to be enjoyed at room temperature. A huge plus that these can be enjoyed up to 5 days in the fridge in case you can't finish these in one sitting.

Easy and simple online ordering and pickup. It was ready and packaged when I got there beautifully. Free parking with always spaces open as people come in and out frequently here. I can't wait to try the gluten free option and their pumpkin spice this season! The Bundts are about $9 and gluten free is $1 more.

First, I wanna say I love nothing Bundt cake. Their cakes are amazing but this review is specifically for the new Dubai chocolate Bundt cake they are advertising right now. The cake is really good. It's just chocolate cake pretty much the Dubai part of it was lacking the peace inside was so small. It was like half a bite and it's done nothing like the pictures they are advertising. It was just a really tiny little ball in there. I wish it would've had more than I know it wasn't just this one cause we bought four and everybody had the same issue I will say the chocolate cake is good so if you're just looking for a chocolate cake get that

We absolutely love Nothing Bundt Cakes. I like the lemon flavor the best, I have it with vanilla ice-cream ! My wife likes the chocolate and strawberry! The service is always spot on! And a great vibe in the store!

I finally got a chance to go into this shop and I have no regrets. I have been waiting for this company to be near my neighborhood. The parking can be hectic on the weekends due to there being a lot of restaurants on the strip. The shop is very intimate but just enough to get what you need. They have cute decorations and little souvenirs to purchase. The food is ALWAYS 10/10. Everything is always fresh and it just looks so pretty to look at. The service was great. Everyone was kind, patient with any questions anyone had and they did a good job at promoting everything involving the store. I got a dozen mini's and a few singles to share with others.

I visited Nothing Bundt Cakes again. I had a pleasant experience again. Candice helped me this time, she was very nice greeted me as I walked in. She was helping another customer, but she took the time to acknowledge and greet me which I really appreciate. As for the cake, it tasted really good as always. Bundt cakes are always fresh and yummy. They are well worth the price. I will be back soon to try other flavors.

Staff is friendly and willing to assist. The Bundt are delicious. I believe that I have tasted each flavor and even the speciality favor each month. The owner is so nice. I like to support his business. The place is clean but there are no chairs to dine. Pickup and go!

The Service: Andrea was helping me at the counter. Very knowledgeable about their cakes. Super helpful as well. Excellent customer service! The Cake: Always love their individually packed cakes. Perfect for giving out as gifts. The whole presentation and packaging are so cute. This time I tried their carrots cake flavor. I like it a lot. The Cake itself is not overly sweet but the cream cheese frosting is a bit too sweet for me.... But if I am eating it with my coffee, it will be a perfect combination. The Parking: Plaza parking lot (free)

Not as chocolaty as the bar but still good! Service is very helpful. They want to get your order to keep the lines moving. I admit, it's easy to just look with amazement at the pastry counter LOL. The inside has a few tables alongside the windows but everyone mostly sits outside or get things to go. Next time we go, will definitely try their pizza.

The pizza was absolutely delicious and definitely the highlight of my visit. The pastries were good, but they didn't quite live up to the hype for me. Unfortunately, the customer service left a lot to be desired. My iced vanilla latte was extremely sweet--far sweeter than I could drink. When I ordered, I wasn't asked about my preferred sweetness level, nor was I told there were different options available. When I went back inside to ask if it could be remade, the original employee wasn't there. The employee who helped me seemed inconvenienced by my request and responded by saying, "Well, you have to tell them," even though I had no idea sweetness levels were customizable. Her body language and tone made me feel like I was asking for something unreasonable before she finally agreed to remake it. The replacement coffee was much better, but the interaction unfortunately took away from what could have been a great first impression. The bakery itself is clean, and the food has potential, but customer service is just as important as the product. Based on my overall experience, I don't see myself returning.

Do you have any sense?! Anyway, turns out that person was upset that their order got canceled on DoorDash. If that person ever saw the line at Lou's, she'd understand why. Better yet, if she ever tried Lou's, she'd never have the gall to post nonsense like that. If you haven't had it, don't review it. Simple as that. As for ALL of the items at Lou's "Oh, aimé-je" it does NOT get any better. The croissants are hands down the best in America. The sandwiches (all of them): finger-licking good. The éclairs are the most delectable in town, as are the other pastries. And with ALL of that, somehow the best thing is still the customer service. I have yet to walk in there without seeing Lou personally chatting it up with customers, the man is everywhere. On sunny and rainy days he's passing out umbrellas, and on Mother's Day he's handing out wonderful gifts for all the ladies. The staff take their lead from him and are every bit as splendid. If you haven't tried it yet, it's not too late -- run, don't walk, this weekend. Your taste buds will file a formal complaint if you don't.

10/10 would come again…read more Found 2hr street parking after circling the block 3 times (if not there's a paid lot nearby for a little over $1 for the first 20 minutes). Got here early Sunday afternoon because the line was not absurdly long -- about 6 ish parties in front of us and waited around 15-20 minutes. The interior was really small and there's really only room for to place your order -- if you ordered a drink or sandwich you'd have to step outside to wait. There are a couple of small round tables covered with umbrellas for small parties if you want to do a small meet up or wait for your goods. We had wanted some croissants and apple tarts but unfortunately they had run out of the Apple tarts by the time we ordered (another excuse to return next time). We were convinced by the nice lady at the register to pick up not one but two almond croissants because they were fresh out of the oven and I'm SO GLAD we did. It was still hot/warm when we took our first bite after walking back to our car -- flaky amazing lamination with a steaming frangipane filling, for sure the best almost croissant I've had. The regular croissant was also good but not fresh/warm like the almond croissant so it left less of an impression but I can imagine it also tasting amazing if we got it fresh. Burbank is not necessarily close to where I live but I'm so glad we happened to stop by to finally try this spot out! I'd love to try the sandwiches and tarts next time!
