Martino's is one of my favorite bakeries. We have been getting baked goods here for longer than I have been alive. They have a private parking lot for the bakery, and both indoor/outdoor seating. We were greeted as soon as we entered and asked if we needed a moment to decide on what we would be ordering. Moving away from the SFV, Martino's Tea Cakes are one thing I miss most. My brother brought me a dozen when he drove up to visit me last year but I sure miss the convenience of living just down the road. Over the years they have made countless birthday cakes for our family. However its their famous Tea Cakes that have our hearts. They are delicious, perfectly moist and full of flavor. We ordered a dozen regular teacakes, 4 coffee cake tea cakes, 2 churro cupcakes, 1 birthday cake cupcake, a walnut brownie, an eclair, and a half dozen cinnamon sugar mini butter cookies. All of which were delicious. I forgot how incredible their butter cookies are. I was a bit disappointed in the cupcakes as the cake was dryer than usual but the flavor of the churro cupcake was amazing. I brought the coffee cake tea cakes home to my grandma and she was in heaven, she has been a regular at Martino's since she was a child.

Nom dot com!!!!! A coworker brought these in today and it was the first time I've heard of this spot. Iconic and apparently a fave of Walt Disney! The chocolate tea cake was decadent, moist, and the perfect amount of sweet! The presentation is impressive--where you'd feel good to gift these treats!

My partner always gets me these And for our special occasions they go beyond just tea cake! Look how cute

I had such a great experience at Martino's Bakery, and I have to give a special shoutout to Kevin! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find exactly what I wanted. He took the time to make recommendations, answered all my questions, and made the whole visit feel welcoming and easy. He suggested we ordered the tea cakes and they certainly did not disappoint. We can't wait to return!! no thank you

This place has been around a long time & if you're in the area you should stop by for the tea cakes. I ordered one of each flavor (original, blueberry crumble, cranberry crumble, coffee cake, & chocolate). These are great to have as a snack with coffee or tea- or even to bring as a treat for an event. The original and chocolate had a soft sugar glaze on top. All of the tea cakes were moist and soft when biting in to them. They also have a variety of other goodies (cupcakes, cake, ice cream, pie). Service was great & they have indoor and outdoor seating. Parking- they have their own small parking lot

    Larger than I thought.

First time here. I happened to be in the area and asked local friends for a recommendation. Here is where they sent me. First impression was that it's a cute spot. Parking lot is small, but likely adequate. I was able to pull into a parking spot right away. The selection was good. From pies, pastries, cupcakes and more. I got the tea cake and a nut roll. Both were EXCELLENT. So was the customer service. The young man working was both kind and patient with this first-timer. I most def recommend.

Love the pastries from this place, their cinnamon rolls are amazing and I go here every time I am craving one. They have so much from cookies to pies, gelato to cupcakes, you can find anything here to satisfy even the biggest sweet tooths. Make sure to check them out if you're in the Burbank area.

Small but packed with goodness! I've only heard about and driven by this place! I've also had some of their pastries at parties over the years but I'm officially in love!! There was one guy working the counter and he was very cool! While we were oooohing and ahhhing he just smiled the whole time and patiently answered questions I'm sure he's heard many times before. The customers who walked in behind us did the same thing and he was just as pleasant! The bakery isn't big but there's so much here! Cakes, cookies, brownies, pastries, everything you can think of. The star however is the Tea cakes! I could eat twenty of them at a time, they're SO GOOD! If you're on a diet don't even walk through the door! If you do, you can kiss your diet goodbye!

I come here for the tea cakes. Icing is not too sweet but satisfies the sweet tooth, cake is tasty and moist. It's just a delicious treat. They also have other desserts but the tea cakes are my go to here. The coffee crumb is delicious too. Service is friendly and there are a few tables if you want to enjoy your treat right away.

Try the tea cakes!! Wether it is taking a dozen to a party or just grabbing one with some coffee, the tea cakes are so delicious and unique that you will have to come back for more. They also offer beautiful full-sized cakes, fresh squeezed OJ, coffee and more. The workers are always nice and their service is quick. The space is clean with a few tables to sit and the parking lot is small but usually has space.

OK. I just but into the lemon tea cake & delish...! I love them all, but the original is what I grew up on. every one of my coworkers that has tried them has fallen in love with them as well. & yes, I had the og one too. that's automatic... eat well my frenz & try the new lemon tea cake. your welcome.

Martino's Bakery was such a fun discovery for me, their teacakes are darling and delicious! These would be perfect for any tea party or group gathering (or just treating yourself!). All the teacakes were very moist and fresh with the chocolate flavor being very rich and the coffee cake being my personal favorite. They have a variety of other baked goods as well, including pies. There is a small parking lot for their customers as well which is very convenient in that area. The staff was very helpful and offered us recommendations based on their own favorites, and that of other customers as well.

The mango caught my eye with its life-like ombré effect, and the (raspberry) framboise beckoned as well. Mango: Crackly white chocolate coating with tangy mango mousse, with coconut bits and cake on the base. It was a bit sour for my taste, but I tried it as it was one of their most popular items. Frambroise: Rich chocolatey mousse with crunchy bits and raspberry jam. I enjoyed this combo. I watched too many fruit mousse ASMR videos, so I was perhaps a little disappointed when the chocolate coatings did not audibly crunch, but I think it'd need to be placed in the freezer for that effect. The iced vanilla latte was the perfect balance alongside the pastries, and I ended up leaving with a handful of macarons that were honestly addictive. Every flavor was delicious. Love the outdoor seating too. Perfect spot to slow down for a minute, enjoy a coffee, and have a really elevated pastry experience.

You grab a ticket at the counter and then pay at the register. It goes by pretty quickly. There's only 3 high tops inside, but there's some seating outside. Most of the tables were taken, but I didn't feel like people had to wait around for a table. I felt pretty rushed when ordering, so I didn't get a chance to ask about some of the fruit mousse things. I did order the mushroom, peach, and mango. The mushroom was creamy and definitely had hazelnut spread or mousse in there. The peach one was delightful and tasted like summer. The mango was subtle, but tasted better if you held it in your hand and bit into vs using a fork - don't ask me why. I also ordered two Ajarskis (boat-shaped pizza with cheese-filled crusts, topped with runny eggs). I was a little surprised by the price, but they are pretty large and hearty so I only ate 1/4-1/2 and was able to spread each one out over 3 meals. The veggie one was LOADED with veggies and so delicious. The bread on it was homemade and perfectly crusty. The Armenian was delightful and light. I'd HIGHLY recommend this place!

Got here early Sunday afternoon because the line was not absurdly long -- about 6 ish parties in front of us and waited around 15-20 minutes. The interior was really small and there's really only room for to place your order -- if you ordered a drink or sandwich you'd have to step outside to wait. There are a couple of small round tables covered with umbrellas for small parties if you want to do a small meet up or wait for your goods. We had wanted some croissants and apple tarts but unfortunately they had run out of the Apple tarts by the time we ordered (another excuse to return next time). We were convinced by the nice lady at the register to pick up not one but two almond croissants because they were fresh out of the oven and I'm SO GLAD we did. It was still hot/warm when we took our first bite after walking back to our car -- flaky amazing lamination with a steaming frangipane filling, for sure the best almost croissant I've had. The regular croissant was also good but not fresh/warm like the almond croissant so it left less of an impression but I can imagine it also tasting amazing if we got it fresh. Naturally, I asked a random customer what all the hype was about, and they told me this place was famous for their croissant pastries. Well... next thing you know, I'm standing in line too after a very full lunch. I ended up trying the Chocolate Almond Croissant for $6.50, and let me tell you something -- I am a HUGE croissant girlie. While I'm not normally the biggest chocolate person, Spain and Portugal recently changed my perspective on dark chocolate, and apparently now I'm in my dark chocolate era. And honestly? This croissant was BETTER than the super popular pastry we had in Barcelona, Spain. The chocolate wasn't overpowering at all -- it had the perfect amount of dark sweetness without being too rich. But the real surprise was the almond filling layered at the bottom. Oh my gosh... chef's kiss. Nutty, creamy, not overly sweet, and perfectly balanced. Chocolate Almond Croissant -- 9.2/10 I can only imagine how life-changing this would taste fresh out of the oven piping hot. Service was fast despite the line moving constantly, but just know there's no indoor seating. It's very much an order, pick up, and go type of spot. Ambiance was welcoming and super friendly gals. Definitely a must-try, and I'll absolutely remember to stop by again anytime I'm in Burbank. Happy eats!!
