Walked in here and bought a single serve Bundt cake and ask for a fork so I could enjoy and eat my cake. Now they don't give out forks anymore. As a customer they've always had forks so you can eat your dessert that you just purchased through this business but they no longer give them out now you have to buy a whole pack of forks. Every bakery restaurant or fast food has utensils for customer to utilize to enjoy what you just purchased not these guys they want you to buy a whole pack of forks to enjoy your dessert Just forcing you to spend more money on something you just purchase thru them! My absolute favorites are the white chocolate raspberry, red velvet and of course chocolate. They also have a good carrot cake and their lemon is good as well. And how can I forget the confetti! This is not my normal store. I was visiting from Orange County this past Saturday and picked up a few cakes. I've done this before when in the area and never had an issue. To my surprise they have now raised the cost of each Bundtlets to $6 each and they also appear to be smaller in size. So pay more and get less. I just opened my carrot bundtlet and it's so dry, not much flavor, not fresh! I've never had this issue with my local store in Orange. Not sure I'll return to this store again. read more

Late review~~ Last minute orders haha. I went for my husband's belated birthday bundlettes. they had every single flavor still available at the end of the day. The bundts come in 3 sizes. While I haven't exactly measured, the smallest ones are like bite sized, around maybe half a forefinger long. (Not that you can have my finger to measure xd) The medium one is called bundtlette, that's a good size for most people tho. I got 3 in different flavors to try. They were too sweet for me sadly, but still as delicious as I remembered. Tho I'm not a fan for icing, the cake is great! Onto flavors!! Chocolate chip-nothing I can note additionally for this. Chocolate chip is my all-time favorite. The chocolate chip is really sweet, like my tooth tinged a bit.. so ease off the sweetness by pairing with vanilla ice cream hahaha! #2 for me this time. Vanilla- don't you underestimate the traditional flavor! It's the best of the 3 I got! Not as sweet as the others. And I had it with rocky road ice cream hahaha! #1 flavor for me this time Raspberry- this one was a hotseller, but I'm not that much of a fan.. #3 for me. Olivia thought I forgot, so here we go! This happened on May 27th, 2024. I purchased 2 dozen of custom Bundtinis; one "Birthday Present" and the other "Celebration Hats" for my son's 14th birthday party online. I was greeted nicely by a young lady who went to the back to get my order. While waiting, I shared with another young lady that I have an email to get a free birthday bundlet for my son's birthday. I show her the happy birthday email and she asked which one I would like. I asked if I could get the churro one but after the young lady went to the back to ask if this one was part of the free birthday promotion, she said I could not get that one because it was a limited addition flavor. I said no problem, can I get the White Chocolate Raspberry. All of a sudden, Olivia comes from the back and ask if I have my ID. I told her I did not have my ID, as the free Happy Birthday bundlet was for my son who was not with me, but I just purchased 2 dozen bundtinis that were clearly to celebrate his birthday. Olivia proceeds to tell me, if you do not his ID, you will not be able to get the free Bundlet. I said well I have proof of the free bundlet and showed her the email. I then tell her that I went to the Rancho Cucamonga location the week before to purchase two 10" cakes and three dozen cupcakes for my sons graduation party and as I was waiting six people came in and stated it was their birthday. They did not show an ID, nor were they asked to see the birthday email. The employee just gave them their free birthday bundlet with no problem and said happy birthday and they were on their way. I then asked how do I go about getting a free birthday bundlet because my son and husband both have birthdays coming up. She was the one who gave me the QR code to sign up. I guess I was taken aback because I purchased two dozen of cupcakes that I paid the additional decorations for, that were clearly for a birthday; $96.00 to be exact and here I am getting push back because I do not have an ID but I have the email for the free birthday bundlet. Mind you, as I am telling my story, Olivia was very snarky with her attitude. She was very unprofessional. I told her I am big on principle and prepared to request a refund for the $96.00 order I placed online, especially having proof to get the free birthday bundlet. You know what Ms. Snarky Olivia said, she said OK. I asked if she were the manager and she proceeds to tell me she was the lead, as she was processing my refund. I told her I was going to reach out to management and the owner, as I am sure they would not want to loose $96.00 because of a $6.00 bundlet. I guess she thought about my point, leaves the register for a couple a minutes, comes back and says oh my manager said I can go ahead and give you the free bundlet. I could not believe it because that is all I wanted in the first place. I told her no thank you and to please proceed with my refund. I then left with no cupcakes for my sons party that was happening in the next few hours. I decided to go to the Corona location, I told them about my unpleasant situation surrounding the free birthday bundlet and how the Chino Hills location did not honor it all because I did not have my sons ID, who is a minor but I had the email and they were all shocked. The two young ladies at this location stated they never ask for proof and they apologized on behalf of my experience at the Chino Hills location and happy they were able to help. I do not have social media but I wanted to make a point to yelp my situation, as this took 2 hours out of my day and for what. All because of a $6.00 bundlet that the location lost a $96.00 sell on. I take pride in my business and if this happened to any of my customer's, I would not be happy. I hope the owner reads my message and values me taking the time to post this because I would never want anyone else to experience what I did that day. The Chino Hills location has now lost my business and I will patronize another location that values me. Have a nice day and please Olivia, learn from this. You are young and have a very entitled attitude that will not take you far in life. I wish you well but you must do better. read more

WOW, what a beautiful and delicious birthday cake! I was on the hunt for some carrot cake for my boyfriend's birthday because it's his favorite! I didn't think it'd ever be so difficult to find, but nobody makes carrot cakes anymore! I've tried their mini bundt cakes and I really liked each of them. I ordered ONLINE, I can't believe I ordered a frickin' birthday cake online.. but I did! It was so quick and simple I really appreciated how easy it was and that it was all in the comfort of my own room. There were a couple options to choose from, however, I tried to chose the least girly looking one haha. I called in just because I was a little skeptical about ordering a birthday cake online. They had options to choose-- which dates and even times you'd be able to pick up! The cake came out exactly like what I ordered! For some reason I didn't expect it, so it was surprising for me. The nice lady told me on the phone that it would be wise to chose the 10 inch cake instead of the 8 inch because I was trying to feed about 8 people. Guys, the 10 inch is humongous... we can get 3 slices each and still have more leftover. Was it worth $10 more to get a 10 inch than the 8 inch? I don't think so. I typically pay $25-$30 for the same sized cake. I paid exactly $41, no tax. I felt it was pretty expensive. The decorations were really cute and aesthetically pleasing and everyone was WOW'd by it. I would probably order again, but not spend extra on the bigger cake. read more

Good thing that the red velvet cake are available all year round so we stopped by on Saturday and got him a 10 in red velvet cake. Decorations are extra.
