You wouldn't think being a chain bakery that a store could have an individual personality. Well, this location has a friendly, personal and delicious feel to it. The owners Chris and Amy have created a place you can walk into and immediately feel comfortable. The cakes are moist, delicious and beautifully wrapped (upon request). Every time I visit this place I leave w a positive experience and the best bundt cakes in town. I wish they had more flavors but even if they never do - I'm completely happy with this place. The icing they use on their bundts is delicious. The cake is moist and fresh. Their prices are reasonable. Everything is perfect! Customer service is amazing and extremely nice. I was going to go to Voodoo Doughnut, but have been wanting to stop here for a while now. I ordered the assortment Bundt Cupcakes, Lemon, Raspberry Filled, Chocolate and Velvet. Omg. So good! It's not dry or too moist, just perfect! I'm not usually a big fan of chocolate cake because it might be a little too sweet sometimes, but their chocolate flavor sweetness is to perfection! One of the best cakes in town. The owners of this new establishment have really worked hard to connect with their customers by creating an inviting environment and doing more than simply selling a product. They really want to know the people they sell to and relationship-building is a key component of why this particular location keeps me coming back. I have been getting these cakes for years; first in their full size, then in the bundtlets individual size, and now the bundtinis (which are cupcake size). My favorite is the White Chocolate Raspberry, which is hard to beat. Then the lemon and red velvet. All their cakes are so fresh and moist and with their signature frosting. I don't always eat dessert, but when I do, I prefer NBC. read more

I ordered the red velvet 'birthday' cake for my girlfriend's birthday and I couldn't be happier. The cake looked just as I saw it on the website. More importantly, the taste and the moistness couldn't be any better. The frosting wasn't sweet and I actually enjoyed it- a component of cakes I normally avoid. Ordered a birthday cake online for pickup on Monday at 9:30. This was their time For pickup. Not only wasn't it ready but it wasn't packaged or decorated the way it had been ordered. I've gotten their cakes since I was in high school and I have always found them to be moist and delicious! I've never been disappointed by the flavor and the decorations have always been super fun yet elegant. I think the prices are really reasonable as well. The service at the Cherry Creek location was stellar. I called in for a delivery order from out of state. The girl on the phone made sure that everything was in order including the decor I wanted and a note. They delivered on time and even changed the delivery date for me last minute. The store is fine. Cake good. Management...self-defeating. One policy is so thoughtless that it borders on stupid. They offer a discount if you buy a 4-cake thermal bag. Though I'm a regular, 3-4 times per month customer AND they know me track my purchases AND have punch-per-cake-freq-buyer card, if I don't bring the bag for each and every 4-cake purchase ... no discount. I ordered online and when I went to pick it up I was given the wrong order. I didn't open the box until later in the day when I discovered it was not my order. Since I needed the cake that evening I was panicking. Chris, the manager (I think), was nice enough to drive half way to my house to meet my husband with the correct order! Nothing Bundt Cakes has turned me into a bundt cake lover - I had one small chocolate sample in their store and I was sold. I love all of the flavors I've tried. All of them moist and perfectly sweet (but not too sweet), and the bundtlets are great for trying a few at a time. I also dropped my business card into their raffle bowl, and one day they magically appeared at my office with a stack of coupons and a sampler pack to share - all of which were gone quickly! It was definitely a nice surprise! These make perfect gifts because they're so pretty and everyone loves them. read more

Closes too early, staff is friendly so that's why 2 stars, but the cakes are heavy and overtly rich compared to the moist fluffy Bundt cakes you'd get from any other nothing Bundt cakes location. I don't know who the bakers are, but they need to figure out how to make cakes consistent with the other stores, and how to make it less like a pound cake consistency. read more

The cake was moist and yummy for days after we bought it since we couldn't eat it all at once. Everyone was asking where we got it. The store was super busy but employees were good. I would prefer if I could order a slightly less sweet version of the frosting (or the drizzle version). I just picked up a cake last minute, but next time I will order ahead of time and request those options. I tried raspberry lemon and chocolate chip. Both were good but the lemon one was a bit too sweet for me. The chocolate one was amazing. I'm still craving it now! read more

I've never had a bad or even average cake from here. They are always perfect and delivered exactly when expected. The owner and employees are a treat to talk to, and their service leaves nothing to be desired. This experience in buying an expensive 10-inch cake was worse than any order I've made from Safeway, King Soopers, costco, sam's , or walmart. The owner and an employee were rude when asked to apply a current Valpak coupon for their store. The order included pmt. for add'l birthday cake decoration and it was missing. The owner's remedy was store credit to come back for another order - not an option. We asked for a cc credit & it was denied - can't be done. Owner told me to stop talking & start listening on the phone call. No coupon, no embellishments, & inferior customer service. Never again. read more

Bought three small Bundt cakes for my wife's birthday today. So HAPPY with the whole experience. Had completely forgotten to order a cake when someone suggested I go to this specific Bundt cake shop as they always have a huge variety of sizes and flavors available without needing to order ahead of time. Tried three different flavors (pumpkin spice, chocolate, and lemon). All three were the BEST cakes I've ever had. The young lady working behind the desk was very friendly and helpful.
