The best way i can describe the shake is a pretty good amalgamation of a protein shake and a dessert shake. Their shakes aren't super sweet and the profile is closer to protein shake. However, the shake is much thicker and closer to an ice cream shake. They do throw in some extras to elevate the flavor. So picture a thick protein shake with that type of sweetness with some ingredients to make it taste like a coconut cream pie.
