So good!! We experienced Nothing Bundt Cakes this summer during our outings at Conner Prairie for Symphony on the Prairie. We tried the Red Velvet, Lemon, and Raspberry Lemon. They are so good. I was a little worried there would not be enough icing, but actually they have the perfect amount. The cake itself is so moist and the icing is awesome. I bought a chocolate chocolate chip, confetti, and praline pecan cake for a family treat. Individual cakes are $3.99 and I would compare them to a very large cupcake. With a variety of cake flavors, all cakes come with a simple cream cheese frosting, which is not overly sweet and we all enjoyed. The icing to cake ratio was perfect. Although the icing isn't "perfect" looking like some cupcake companies - looks aren't everything. These products are fresh, hand done, and oh, so yummy!! The cakes were super moist and not too dense. It was from a different Nothing Bundt Cakes down there. You have the option of getting a full bundt cake, or they have smaller options called bundtinis ! How cute is that name! I was introduced to this cute little place by my coworkers. Both were tasty, moist, and had a good cake to frosting ratio. I think the frosting may be the same on each cake that they offer, which is kind of weird. Overall, i think these cakes are a good dessert option and a good addition to the area. The people working were pleasant and seemed to be enjoying their job. And I'm not even a big cake person, but as soon as you take a sample from the sample table in their beautiful little shop you will think, 'This is the BEST cake I have ever eaten!' All other cakes don't even come close. And cakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes come in many sizes (cupcake size to full-size) and the store is SUPER CUTE. They also have little gifts and cards for baby, weddings, birthdays, etc. The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and kind. This is a great new cake shop owned by great people and employ youth in our community. Now it is very expensive and they can not directly write in frosting anything on the cake do to them being bundt cakes, but the presentation is not lacking. They work with you to make the cake look stellar which also goes great with the wonderful taste.
