been coming here for years and always get a cake here for my husband and kids, birthdays and birthday parties. It's an annual tradition to come for all of our birthdays and pick out our free bundlet. Showed up here with my kids and was denied a cake because I never got an email for it . The employee was super unhelpful didn't offer to get a manager, help me look through my email or anything. Just said that I probably wasn't a rewards member to which I am and have been coming to nothing Bundt for years. completely ruined our family tradition and outing on my birthday. read more

Normally I love this location. Nope not today. placed an order on their app, arrived on time to pick it up to be told it wouldn't be ready til much later because they had a big order come in. honestly that's not my problem and they should adjust their pickup times if they aren't able to fulfill the order. Refund to my card which says to take 3-5 days which is even more annoying. read more

Came the other day to buy a gift for my clients and it was great. It is a clean space well decorated and smells delicious! Prices were reasonable. The employees were super kind and got us in and out of the shop with their speedy service. We ordered three bundlets at $4.75 each: carrot, lemon and white chocolate raspberry. We came home and ate them, we love getting Nothing Bundt Cakes cause they are always so moist, flavorful, fluffy and we love the cream cheese frosting they use. It's always a sweet treat when we want to treat ourselves to something nice. Their bundtinis are a perfect gift for a party or for someone when we are visiting their home! Nothing "Bundt" great things to say about this place! Everyone has always been super helpful but the gentleman that helped us today (totally didn't catch his name but was wearing a baseball hat, glasses, and a huge smile) went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. They have super moist cakes with great staple flavors and seasonal ones that are always delicious as well. Super yummy cakes. Was in store and a bit confused about where to order, as there was a line to get cakes but not a line to order cakes, but no biggie. We were in and out quickly, purchasing just one bundtlett to share. The flavors are delightful and pack a full flavor punch. No weak sauce flavors here! Protip: Be sure to allow your bundtlett to warm up to room temp, ours was still a bit chilly from the refrigerated case and would've been better a little warmer. read more

These cakes are so delicious! But that's obvious to anyone that has ever tasted one, the customer service is equally great! I ordered a large for a party I was going to, before pick up I received a phone call telling me that unfortunately they had run out, but would give me 2 instead. Not only did they give me 2, they gave me a bunch of minis to make up for not having the large. More than makes up for it. This will be my go to cake place from now on. My now wife and I ordered a cake for our wedding. We showed them the address of the venue and they assured us they could deliver our cake there on the day off our wedding. The day came and on the day of our wedding they decided to call and tell us they had made a mistake and our venue was outside of their delivery area and that they weren't going to deliver the cake as they had promised to do. This was my first time ordering from this location and i accidentally placed an order on Sunday, thinking it was for Sunday pickup and immediately realized it was for Monday. My mistake but i called first thing Monday morning to cancel the order and they would only honor store credit . To me, that's poor customer service . Just credit me the $35. read more

The Bundt cakes are delicious at any location. It's the customer service at this location that gave me a bad experience. I ordered a Bundt cake online and shortly after placing the order something occurred, which was out of my control. I called and canceled within the hour of placing the order. Keelan (not sure of spelling) told me that she can cancel the order but couldn't give me a refund. I told her that doesn't seem appropriate. She could cancel my order and not refund my money? She then said that she could give store credit. I reiterated that I canceled within an hour of placing the order. She said the cake has been made and frosted. There's no way they baked that cake and frosted it within an hour. That frosting would've melted on a hot/warm cake. It was already pre made I'm sure. The assistant manager Kaetlyn also had poor customer service skills. Initially they told me they couldn't provide the GM's contact information. Hours later I called back and requested it, again. I stated that it's odd to not have the GM"s information in the store. After going round and round with Kaetlyn, she FINALLY provided the GM's email. Needless to say that I will not use this location again. read more
