But, it only for a limited time and you will have to be quick about getting them because once it's gone, it's gone. Walking in, I was greeted by friendly employees that go out their way to make your visit satisfying. The Bundt cakes are reasonably except if you want the limited edition cake. The last new flavor I tried was the Strawberry Cream Cheese Swirl which was delicious. I've been to this location a few times, and I have never been disappointed. Went this week to redeem a birthday reward (free bundlet). We went in late afternoon, within an hour of closing time. As walked towards the door, I noticed we were apparently part of a weekday, later afternoon rush; about 6 of us were all arriving at the same time. The staff was pleasant as always. I got the Snickerdoodle, which was good. I highly recommend joining their mailing list. It's a great way to get coupons and the aforementioned birthday treat. Bundlets are also a great size if you don't have a houseful or a special occasion. I talked my mother into signing up, and she likes to go when there's a BOGO offer. She keeps one and takes the other to a neighbor; they both live alone, so it's a great size for just dessert once or twice. read more

I absolutely love Nothing Bundt Cakes! Cutest name ever too. These cakes are simply delicious and delectable. Super moist gosh I hate that word but it is and not too heavy but the perfect density. I'm no longer impressed with Edgars Bakery because of customer service issues and lack of quality lately. From now on this will be my go to for special occasion cakes. I love that they have several locations around town and the menu is simple. I love all their flavors but that pecan one is special I also do love a white chocolate raspberry. As far as the frosting is concerned I love it not sure how they do it but I've noticed a cream cheese flavor which I love. It is thick and makes the cake look pretty. These cakes are delicious. There's really no other way to describe them. I believe I was first introduced to these lovely baked morsels by my employer, who gifted me with one a couple years ago. I've been a fan since that time. One of my personal favorites is the red velvet cake, but you can't go wrong with their carrot, white chocolate raspberry, or pecan praline. Really, I don't think you can go wrong either any of the flavors. I was here a couple days ago to satisfy my sweet tooth. The employee was nice and let me know what the sample of the day was. My Sister in law got a Bundt cake for my moms birthday . This the first time I have tried their cakes. The cake looks gorgeous with the cute and simple decoration. The carrot cake is so moist and delicious however the frosting is way to sweet and over powers the cream cheese flavor. I also feel it needs some walnuts either within the cake or on top which would make it way better. I'm not a big dessert person but I'm getting there. Fellow Yelper Linh (1st to review) introduced me to this place and I had to come back and get more! Apparently they have another location at the Summit which I have never been because I had never heard of this place before. Whatever the reason, the cosmos have realigned because I now have an appreciation card... 4 bundtlets down and 8 more to go to get my free bundtlet! I'm also signed up with their birthday club and in April I'm coming to get my free bundtlet! Don't judge me people! :) This location just opened last month and is in the big shopping center at the corner of Lorna and 31 by the Galleria. They are between the soon to be opening Whole Foods and Newks. You can't see them from the street because of the Walgreens and Panda Express. When you walk in, it's like you're transported to a page in a disney castle. There are bright colors everywhere to complement their centerpiece... the cake display case! I suppose if you don't like bundt cakes, just stop reading now. They basically have 4 different sizes. A 10 inch which serves 18-20; an 8 inch which serves 8-10; a mini bundtlet which serves 1-2 and a bite sized version called a bundtini. Kudos to whoever came up with the nomenclature! But where they shine are the different flavors of cakes and their unique "petals" frosting. They have 9 classic flavors: Red velvet, Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Lemon, White Chocolate Raspberry, Marble, Carrot, White White Chocolate, Cinnamon Swirl and Pecan Praline. They will gladly create for you any type of customized bundt cake or you can choose from their large book of cakes. Then they have "featured flavors" which don't stay around for long. Today's happen to be Chocolate Turtle. They had samples which sold me after I tasted it. It had pecans and caramel... come on now! Yummy squared exponentially! I left with 4 bundtlets: Lemon, White Chocolate Raspberry, Red Velvet and the Chocolate Turtle. Now I'll have to fight for pieces when I bring it home. Wish me luck! read more

Warning!! This could be addicting! Enter at your own risk ;) We stopped in those sweet spot after lunch for a little treat and was greeted by a nice lady with the cutest name, Bliss! She offered us a red velvet sample (which was delicious!!) and shared some of her favorites. They have lots of fun items to purchase for quick gifts and the store is arranged and decorated really cute! The case offered mini bundtlets of their 4 top sellers (vanilla, red velvet, lemon and double chocolate chip) you can get any flavor but they ask you to give them a 15 minute heads up to prepare. A dozen is $18.50. The bottom row in the case are some mini bundt of the top sellers- fresh and ready to go. And a nice variety to choose from at 3.99 which is enough for two. They also have whole cakes. As we stood there deliberating over the eye candy a man walked in and said straight up he needed lemon. We were astonished he could make such a decision so quickly! Curiosity got the best of me and I had to ask how he did it- he chuckled and said "its not mine, my wife sent me here" Oh.... So that explains how he did it! We find Nelly settled on 2 double chocolate chip and vanilla. Both have an ample helping of yummy butter cream cheese icing inside and on top. Both were moist- but if you jade to compare, the red velvet sample and vanilla were by far the moistest. Double chocolate chip is for those seriously real moments when nothing but chocolate will do- filled with chocolate chips. The vanilla is baked with white chocolate shavings making it creamy and delicious! All were great and we've made a plan to get 1 dozen of variety flavors to celebrate Game of Thones new season I guess if I had to rank with my favorites red velvet is #1, vanilla #2 and double chocolate #3. I'm so glad that there's a Nothing Bundt Cakes near me, but I will have to control myself from visiting too often for the sakes of my waistline! I've been to several locations previously (Huntsville, Houston, Bham - Summit), so I knew what to expect. The Hoover and Summit locations are owned by the same people. As with other locations, this one is well laid out, beautifully decorated, friendly and helpful service, and of course, the cakes are delicious! On this visit, the sample was lemon and I'm glad I tried it (not that I'd ever turn down any free samples) because I ended up ordering one of the lemon bundtlets to take to a friend's house. I ended up selecting 5 flavors: lemon, white chocolate raspberry, red velvet, chocolate turtle, and chocolate chocolate chip. Everyone loved the cakes. They thought they were moist, tasty, and having bundtlets allowed everyone a taste of the different flavors. Red Velvet was the clear winner, followed by white chocolate raspberry, then lemon.
