I don't know anywhere else that has a better cookie than this place. It is so good. Don't buy just one because you will be full of regret if so. The service is fine. I'll be honest I don't necessarily like the forced tip screen. They put two cookies in a box and rang it up. A cookie is already $4.25. I go to Publix and they put 40 items in grocery bags and they don't ask for a tip. I go to my bank and they don't ask for a tip. Buy a drink at a gas station- no tip. The tip shame screens cause me not to want to go back. I'm actually usually a 25% tipper but when you force a tip on me I'm going for 10% because you tip shamed me. And yes I know I can decline a tip. Three cookies with tax and tip is about $18.00. To be clear, it's not the staff at the register who set this process up. I love chocolate chip cookies and am always delighted when I can find a good one. I was in the area, saw the business, and decided to stop in to get a couple of cookies. I've tried lots of cookies in my lifetime and honestly most of them are average at best, but not these!! These cookies are delicious! They're soft on the inside and crispy around the edges. So so delicious - actually one of the best cookies I've ever tasted. They also sell their prepackaged cookie dough so that you make your own cookies at home. I used to LOVE this place. I remember when cookie fix reigned Supreme in the cookie world. But now with so much competition, I'm afraid to say it's losing its dominance. I came by to get a four pack and sad to say, I couldn't finish any of them. They were all about 1 minute overcooked. Much harder than they used to be. I'm a baker, and I have to say, these cookies are absolute top notch. IMO, you don't need fancy icing decoration, frosting or cute cookie cutters to make a nice cookie. In fact, those overdecorated cookies are kind of gross to me. But when you come to Cookie Fix, you just get all the amazing flavors, textures and creativity with NONE of the gimmicks. Their signature appearance (a big lump in the middle with a pretty perfectly rounded outside) is so fun. They achieve this by baking each lump of dough from frozen, but there is probably more to it than just that! Service was also top notch! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is for the price. Individual cookies are priced fine at about $2.50 each. But if I'm buying a dozen cookies, I'd fully expect to pay less than $30. :( read more

The cookies hold their form when you bite into them, but they are still soft and fluffy in the middle. I don't know how they do it! My go-to's are the Billionaire and the Brown Sugar Blondie! But honestly there's not a single cookie that I don't like! Anytime I'm in town I go to the original store. Delicious. Hubby had one with toffee and the kid had a peanut butter one. All excellent! Cookies here are pricey at over 2 dollars a cookie but they are really big and you only need one. If you are lucky, you will be able to buy a dozen day old cookies for half price but you won't know what you get till after you buy it. I was also able to snag a box of those and was happy with what was inside. They ask about allergens and have peanut free varieties as well. What I love about these cookies are their density .... really thick balls of cookie goodness, not the traditional pretty flat style of cookie. An every so slight crispness on what I'd call the outer shell with a soft inner core (but not crumbly). I went with the M & M chocolate chip, it was hands down one of the best cookies I've ever had. To be honest I'm forgiving them (kind of) for not having a skickerdoodle to try. Also, they have a cooler that has pre-made cookie dough balls of goodness that you can take and bake. Most recently, I placed an online order for a cookie cake for a birthday celebration for my niece and nephew. They are twins. The cookie cake was available at the time slot I requested and the finished product was as I requested. The only downside was the size . I felt like for the price , the size was on the small side. We popped in after browsing the neighboring shops and sampled two cookies: the white trash, which had a satisfying crunch thanks to the little bits of heath bar and pretzel, and the salted dark chocolate caramel, which was a lovely rendition of a classic chocolate chip. If you like your cookies to be "butter forward" with a soft inside and crispy outside, this is your place.
