My family loves Nothing Bundt Cakes, so I ordered several for Father's day. When I placed my order, the cashier took my demographic information including my phone number. I placed an order and was told that I would have to wait. There was no seating. I told the cashier I would wait in my car and asked if she could call me when my order was ready. The answer was NO, but she said she would bring my order out in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later I walked back into the store and retrieved my order. When I got back to the car, I checked the order only to find that the father's day decorations were not included. The cashier charged me $12 for 8 little toothpicks that said fathers day. The day our order was ready for pick up last Saturday at 3:40 p.m. my husband forgot to pick it up. The size of the cake is perfect for 1 or 2 person to share. The lemon and confetti bundt cakes was sweet and soft. It wasn't super sweet so it tasted just right. Also, they tasted fine when I left it in the fridge for next day to eat. I am looking forward to try the other flavors when I come back. I highly recommend to give this place a try. I absolutely love the cakes here. They are always spot on, moist and delicious! However, ive been to this location 3 times in the last couple months (celebrating bdays and graduations) and each time I've come, the employees seem to always be in a bad mood the minute you walk in. They are young kids working there so I get it, they are still learning but it really makes for a not so great experience. I smile at them and try to small talk (saying how good the cakes are there and cute the store), but they seem like I probably interrupted their time on their phone. I wish there was another location I can go to cause I kind of dread coming here knowing I'll receive such poor interactions. I was recently there to pick up a cake I ordered. I walked in and no one was in the front, waited for a few mins. Finally a girl came out.. didn't even say "sorry for the wait" or anything like that. Straight to "could I help you" then from there no expression, no warmth no good customer service. Did not even pay attention to my young daughter smiling at her. My wife introduced my daughter and me to this fabulous cake shop; I didn't know it was a chain of stores, which helps when one store is out of the flavor you want. They are on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for, and the last bite was as good as the first several days later, according to my daughter.
