This place closes earlier then most cold stones and they closed exactly at 9 or 9:30. The girl we got was on the struggle bus making our ice cream. She was this little thing and the 4 girls working just finished up making like 5 ice creams and they were making phone orders. Busy busy busy.. anyway the cream is good here. Whenever my family craves ice cream, cold stone is always on the top of our list. There ice cream machines actually work...McDonalds. But this specific location is just plain bad. We used the app to order ahead, and come to find out the order wasn't even started when we arrived at the correct time. Also, I get inflation and prices need to go up. Charge $11 dollars for a cup of ice cream, but at least fill it like all other cold stones used to. You guys are charging more because costs have gone up and then also gyp customers with under served cups of ice cream. Last month, I online ordered one of their signature ice cream cakes for my birthday: Cookies & Creamery. It was excellent and decadently rich for fulfilling one's ice cream/sweet tooth craving. The only quibble was that Cold Stone was a little miserly on the Oreo cookies garnishing the top of the cake. They were cut into halves instead of being left as whole cookies. Other than that little nitpick, $29.99 was a reasonable price for the 6" small round (which feeds up to 8 people). Also interestingly enough, after I had brought it home the night before and stored the leftovers in the freezer, the cake tasted much more flavorful and addictively tasty when I ate it the following day. If you're wanting to buy an ice cream cake for a special occasion or for no specific reason, Cold Stone Creamery is a fantastic choice. In the future, I plan to try a different signature ice cream cake flavor or build my own custom cake! read more

The last time I was here was a few weeks ago....they had very polite employees, but today the employee that helped did not greet me (I greeted her) She didn't mix in the mix-ins. My wife and I had the wonderful pleasure of visiting this cold stone for the first time. Its our tradition to get ice cream on special occasions and we were pleasantly surprised with this cold stone. Chris was very polite, attentive and helpful. His customer service was excellent and we felt well taken care of. I believe he is the store owner and for him to work hard alongside his employees was a gem to watch. Definitely great ice cream too!
